Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate dining area, graced by an inviting open brickwork fireplace.

The accommodation spans multiple floors, offering versatility and ample space for the whole family. The middle floor hosts a family bathroom and two bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a double bed and a convenient wash hand basin, while the second bedroom delights younger guests with cosy bunk beds. Ascend to the top floor to discover two more bedrooms. The master bedroom treats guests to a king-sized bed, a cosy chair for admiring the breath-taking views, and an en-suite shower room comprising of a shower and sink. The second top floor bedroom features a double bed and a wash hand basin. An additional W.C. and sink can be found just off the lounge for added convenience.

The spiral staircase down into the kitchen is fairly steep so not suitable for all.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so outside and ensure that doors and windows are closed to prevent smoke from entering. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space fresh and comfortable for all guests.

There is a car park just across the road, called Sea Road, Pevensey. Full details can be found online but charges correct as on May 25 are: £3 for 4 hours and £4.50 for all day parking. Charges apply between the 1st of March through to the end of September.

While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time.

Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest.

For your reference, our check-in time is after 4.00 pm and our check-out time is before 10.00 am. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing these times.
