The heart of the home is the open plan living and dining area, flooded with natural light and overlooking the beach beyond the garden. Seashells comfortably accommodate five guests across three cosy bedrooms: a king-size master, a bunk-bed room, and a tranquil single room perfect for a child, teen, or solo guest. There’s a modern family bathroom, plus an additional WC, offering convenience for busy mornings.



Outside, discover your own private stretch of wild coastline. The fully fenced beach garden is left naturally untamed to support local bees and wildlife. Other Things to Note:

"Please note: As part of our booking process, we kindly ask guests to complete our online check-in form provided by a third party web app link. Additionally, we require guests to upload their driver's license information. If you have any concerns regarding these requirements, we kindly request that you refrain from booking with us. Thank you for your understanding."



We allow one small/medium house trained dog to stay in the property but we kindly ask that dogs don't go onto the soft furnishings as the cleaner's struggle to get the hair off.



The steps from the patio down into the garden area are a little steep. Not suitable for less stable guests.



There are two external camera's located one at the front and one at the rear of the property pointing towards the access points for security.



Lost keys will be charged at £50.00 each..

Dirty BBQ's will be charged at £25.00 to clean.



There is also a travel cot but you will need to bring your own bedding for the cot.



Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so outside and ensure that doors and windows are closed to prevent smoke from entering. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space fresh and comfortable for all guests.



While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time.



Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest.



For your reference, our check-in time is after 4.00 pm and our check-out time is before 10.00 am. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing these times.
