The flat was exceptional -- cosy, wonderfully located for going all over London, and on a quiet street. As other have said, John the Concierge was so helpful and welcoming. My only regret is that the weather wasn't conducive to enjoying the outdoor spaces!Thank you for hosting such a delightful oasis!

What a wonderful time we had in this beautiful flat. It was as if we had our very own home in London for 10 days. It was a dream come true to spend mornings on the terrace, plus nearby public transportation got us quickly and easily all around the city. Such a delight. Thank you!

Check in process was nice, John explained everything to us. So nice that basic food - eggs, cheese, butter, snacks and wine were provided. Good location for us and a nice neighborhood.

Great communication from Caroline and John, the concierge, was incredibly friendly and helpful! He showed us around the apartment upon arrival and gave in depth instructions on everything including the washer and dryer which were very much needed.

What a perfect stay in London's Pimlico neighborhood. A well-appointed, comfortable flat. The owner's communication was excellent, and the concierge (names omitted here intentionally) met us on site to let us in and make us comfortable. Easy access to tube, a Tesco express (grocery), and the Pimlico Saturday farmer's market. This will be our first choice when we are in London from now on.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in our accommodation which was fully equipped and beautiful. Caroline and John made us feel so welcome, even provided a thoughtful welcome basket of chocolates and wine plus some breakfast items in the fridge. Apartment is very well located and beautifully furnished and kitchen well appointed. Carolyn left breakfast provisions, wine, chocolates etc. After a 2 day trip from Australia it was much appreciated.Communication with Carolyn was excellent and John, The Concierge, was a pleasure to deal with and he provided us with lots of information about the apartment. The apartment has lovely outdoor areas as well.The Pimlico metro is about a 10min walk. We would highly recommend Carolyns apartment to anyone spending time in London. Lynne and Marilyn

Great location. Easy to walk places and easily accessible to Victoria underground station. Comfortable flat that was clean and had every amenity we needed. Really appreciated the host providing us with eggs, bread, cheese and ham. Highly recommended this property.

We had a great stay at the flat. It’s in a great location, so very quiet. The building is beautiful and the flat itself is so charming. We loved having coffee out on the front balcony in the morning. We really appreciated having access to the washer/dryer as it made it possible for us to only bring a carry-on. The bed is rather small for two people (felt like an American double and we are used to a king) but we managed. Make sure you read all of the info in the handouts, they are very helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

We arrived in London around 2:30pm and arranged early check-in in advanced. John met us and was wonderful! So sweet and it was awesome they let us in before 4pm. The flat is in an awesome area and we walked to many attractions. Thanks Caroline and John! We'll be back!

The stay at this apartment was very nice. The apartment feels like a home away from home and is pretty spacious. It sits on the most picturesque street in a charming neighborhood and is close to public transportation and lively areas. The only thing that guests should be aware of is that the apartment does not have air conditioning. The hosts provided 2 oscillating fans and the weather wasn’t too warm so we did not suffer, but you should be aware if you are going in the warmer months.

We had a great time! It is a very cosy, clean and well equipped apartment in a central, yet quiet area of London.Both Caroline and her concierge John are really considerate and helpful.Supermarkets, decent restaurants and public transportation can all be found within (short) walking distance (10 min max). Buckingham Palace, River Thames and Westminister are also readily accessible by foot. There is a balcony facing the street and a terrace towards the patio, which are both nice options if the weather allows. Items for the first breakfast were provided, and indeed lasted for several days. In the living area you have various lighting options to suit your mood.One thing to bear in mind though - especially if travelling with a pushchair - is that the apartment is on the first floor and both staircase (no lift) and hallways are not too wide. This was not really an issue for us, but I could imagine that might be different for others.

Ideal Stay and Location

Everything about this experience was wonderful. Communication with Caroline was easy and prompt, the flat was adorable and extremely well-appointed. John, the concierge was kind and thorough in showing us how everything worked. We so appreciated all of the amenities and food and drink left for us. The location is perfect with its own charm and easy access to public transportation. Even my teenager was impressed, saying this was exactly how she pictured a London flat. We would definitely stay again!

The Perfect Stay

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. It was easy to walk to two bus stops and a train station, Pimlico. We were so impressed that pretty much anything we needed was available at the apartment. There was food and drink for breakfast and a bottle of wine. We ate toast with marmalade all week. The bed was comfortable and there was always hot water available in n the shower. It was too chilly to enjoy the back patio. There was a patio heater, but we were too tired at night to take advantage of it. The decor and art was lovely. It truly was a pleasure to stay at this apartment.

Beautiful Flat in Pimlico

The caretaker John was there to meet us on our arrival. Very delightful and so knowledgeable about the area and the flat. I can’t say enough of all the thoughtful touches included! Highly recommend this flat. Perfect location and safe neighborhood.

Cozy Apartment in Pimlico

John is the welcoming concierge who met us upon arrival, providing us with introductory apartment information such as how to use the dishwasher and washer/dryer, which was very much appreciated by us. The informative restaurant guide is also quite useful. The property is cozy with plenty of hot water. The heat worked well when the mornings were chilly. The closets allowed us to hang up our clothes during our 6-day stay. It was nice to have paper towel, tea, dishwashing liquid & other amenities provided when we first arrived at the property. We did not cook, but did use the refrigerator, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Lighting, particularly in the living/kitchen area was very good. The apartment is located in a very safe, desirable neighborhood. While pubs were within a 6 minute walk, nights at the property were quiet and restful. Pharmacy and grocery were located close by. The Tube is a 12-15 min. walk & signage inside the Tube stations is excellent. Westminster, Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben were walkable from here. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this apartment again.

Great London Stay

Cozy little apartment in a great location. Two outdoor patio spaces made this place perfect for us. Small kitchen but well stock with everything we needed along with a “Starter Kit” of eggs, Bread, butter, ham, cheese, and wine. Very homie kind of place books and art all over the place. Walking distance to the Tube and Tesco Express along with a number or nice restaurants and Pubs. Would not hesitate to stay again.
