This is a small, self contained unit. It was clean and had every thing we needed. Great location close to several transport lines, bus and train. Several nice places to eat very close. Quiet at night. Edward was very helpful. Good price, but be aware it is small.
I stayed at Edwards place for 4 nights. It is clean, comfortable and very convenient for commuting into central london. Shops and food close by, felt safe I was travelling alone. It's quite small but was perfect for me. Highly recommend.
This compact studio worked perfectly for my needs. Good location, close to Jubilee line. Host Edward was responsive, and there were many helpful instructions inside the property. Bathroom space is small, which was not a problem for me but if you are a larger person, this may not be the best choice for you.
Edward was friendly and kind. Could not complain about the suite especially with the price attached to it! Easy to get to central London and close to all tubes.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Owner was very quick with response. Check-in was seamless. Close to public transport. Great breakfast around the corner. Quiet and had everything we need for a couple nights in London. Small but cozy and comfortable.
This small space was a great landing spot while visiting family. We were there on a cold week but the room was the perfect temperature. We had what we needed in the kitchenette. It was not a grand space but sufficient for our needs.
A small studio in the backyard of the owners house. It was the perfect size to feel comfy but not cramped at night and was nice and clean. Supermarkets and food not a long walk away at all, easy train into the city too!
Lovely quiet location and only 4 stops from the theatre district on the Jubilee lane. Everything you need for a pleasant stay. reasonable priced. we will stay here again and certainly recommend the Host. Very clear, concise and regular communications.
Very secure neighborhood with great local restaurants !!!
Our host, Edward, made us feel very welcome and gave us all the info we needed to check-in seamlessly.
The room is compact, but has all the conveniences of home. Access is by a back gate behind the residence where we felt very secure with locked gate and front door. Good breakfasts at Zara and choice of dinner restaurants across the street. Loved our stay !!!!
I it to the location and immediately had a panic attack my husband took me to our friends place then we never went back as we left back to the USA to see my doctor.
Owner is a great host. Very responsive and helpful and makes sure you are comfortable. He even saved something left behind and I received it on my return. He also received some mail for me. Easy walk to nearest tube station. Groceries close by. Close to Abbey Road Studios if you're a fan! Bed is comfy! Will stay here again.
I stayed for 10 days with my 10 years old son. The studio isn't so big, but enough to say on holiday. Indipendent entry, quite neighborhood, 5 walking minutes tube's distance, 2 minute for Tesco express. We often dined inside after an all day walking. Nothing is missing and Edward is very helpful for any other need.
This is a very small renovated single car garage. There is a microwave and toaster oven but no stove. Some lights and bath fan are broken. Bath sink is too tiny to be of much use. Location is OK and quiet but super small with no room to set down your suitcase!
Les points faibles : Communication et exactitude de lâannonce
Listed amenities just weren't there
A thoroughly unenjoyable stay. I reported an issue with one of the listed amenities immediately on arrival, and asked how I could help resolve the problem.
The communication was incredibly poor. Essentially "wait a bit, it'll sort itself out".
I can't recommend this location at all, if anything goes wrong, you're on your own.
Although Edwards studio is quite small and feels cramped at times, it is well equipped, quiet and in a lovely safe area. We really enjoyed coming back here in the evening from the hustle and bustle from central London. The tube station is only a 7 minute walk up Belsize and only takes 20 minutes to get Central.
Communication with Edward was excellent and we really appreciated the early check-in.
During the day you can hear the car doors slamming from the parking lot and street noise but we slept really well at night.
The bed is quite comfortable. Perhaps it's the time of year but we felt like it was really damp and could use a dehumidifier. LOL but don't use the one on the air conditioner as stated. We did notice that the back of the air conditioner screw in side filter could be cleaned making it run more efficiently. We enjoyed the fan mode for white noise at night
Every morning the bathroom light over the shower did not turn on and at first we thought it didn't work but realized quickly we just had to turn off the light switch and back on again for it to flick on. Also the bathroom fan only works when the bathroom light is on.
The key to the studio is an old school skeleton key that takes a little getting used to although the garden door has a keypad and code with a normal key making the entire studio feel very safe.
My partner and I definitely recommend staying here and we also recommend the Zara Cafe on the corner for a quick delicious convenient friendly breakfast.
Great accommodation which suited us perfectly. It was well equipped, warm and cosy, with a comfortable bed.
Check was super easy and the owner responded promptly to messages.
Perfect for a couple of nights in London.
I live partly in Paris and in London. I speak English, French and Spanish. I have put this little studio together so that it meets my own standards and would be what I would look for when I travel. I am very particular about the standards I seek when I travel, especially cleanliness. There are lots of little gadgets in the studio which will help make your short stay convenient.
The property is in a very upmarket area where most houses are privately owned. We have a host of good useful shops within minutes. It is in a quiet and safe area, well away from bustle but very near a shopping area. The facilities have been very carefully well thought out with everything you will need for a short visit to London.
We have a unique key-pad entry system so you can arrive any time in the day or night and use our 'no key' entry facility. We need prior notice for this. Our transport links to all parts of central London are exceptional. We have the Jubilee line and Metropolitan line within a few minutes which will take you to Theatreland or the City in very little time. The airport bus stop to Stansted and Luton is five minutes away and other airports are very accessible too.
