This single-storey, detached cottage is situated on a holiday park near Troutbeck in the centre of the Lake District National Park and sleeps six people in three bedrooms.

Wansfell View is a detached, single-storey cottage set on Limefitt Holiday Park, near the village of Troutbeck in the Lake District National Park. This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double with en-suite shower room, a double and a twin, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed decked area with furniture, hot tub and barbecue. Wansfell View is an ideal base for visiting many areas of the Lake District, at any time of year. Note: Electric cars are not to be charged at the lodge. Electric Charging stations are situated in and around Windermere.
Complete peace and quiet stay, this site does not tolerate noisy parties.

Note: Limefitt Holiday Park and it's facilities close in the first week of January and re-open for February Half Term. Note: the opening hours and availability of the onsite services will vary depending on the time of year. Lake District Lodge Holidays has no control over this, and guests should check with the park before/upon arrival for more specific information. Note: Free wi-fi is subject to registration and fair usage guidelines. Quality of connection will vary. Note: Adjoining Pony Trekking Centre (Seasonal please call to check opening hours – 015394 31999).

Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. 2 x Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime (own account required), 1 x TV with Freeview, CD, WiFi, selection of book and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed, front decked area with hot tub, furniture and barbecue. Shared use of on-site outdoor games area and children's play area and laundry facilities. On-site shop and pub 0.2 miles. Note: Electric cars are not to be charged at the lodge. Electric Charging stations are situated in and around Windermere. Note: Property accessed via four external steps. Note from the owners: We want our guests to enjoy their well earned holidays at our lodge, unfortunately some previous guests have not treated the lodge with respect, their actions and the damage has affected the enjoyment and safety of our other guests and owners of the surrounding lodges - We would therefore politely request that our guests be considerate of the following requests: One well behaved dog; Any damage caused by your dog is to be reported and any mess is to be cleaned up immediately please. Prior to leaving the property on checkout day, please ensure the lodge is left tidy and all kitchen rubbish disposed of. Due to previous complaints, damage and disruption no rowdy behavior and parties to be held at the lodge please. No smoking in the lodge or on the decking please. No BBQ to be used due to safety issues and the fire risk. Please be advised: The onsite pub The Hayloft is closed from December till February. PLEASE NOTE: Use of the hot tub is strictly between the hours of 10am and 10pm and failure to comply with site rules will result in guests being asked to leave. Note: Property will only accept bookings for a minimum of three nights. Note: Electrical vehicle surcharge of £20 per day per car if charged at the property. Please note towels are not provided and guests must bring their own. Note: Limefitt Holiday Park and it's facilities close in the first week of January and re-open for February Half Term.
