You will stay in a place with lots of natural light, modern and perfectly equipped in the center of Jerez, good location, quiet and just a step away from the main tourist attractions of the city. You can enjoy the historic center of Jerez de la Frontera, its proximity to emblematic areas such as Gonzalez Byass, the Cathedral of Jerez, San Mateo, Alcazar de Jerez etc. all just a few meters from the apartment, you can enjoy the multitude of recreational offerings offered by the city, flamenco, gastronomy, wineries and monuments etc.

⛔ Prohibited: According to historic center regulations in Jerez, hanging clothes on windows or balconies is not allowed in emblematic buildings like ours.

📌 Garbage: Please do not leave garbage in the apartment when you leave. 🙏

📌 Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty kitchenware. Please return the apartment in the same condition as you found it.

‼️ Deposit Required: We request a security deposit to cover any potential damages or accidents. A pre-authorization will be processed through a secure network at least 24 hours before arrival.

Loss or non-return of keys will result in a charge deducted from the deposit.

‼️ Only registered guests are allowed to stay.

Parties, disturbing other guests or neighbors, and loud music are strictly prohibited. We monitor noise levels.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in an extra charge of 50% of the total stay as a penalty or immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
