Finished with a large open planned living and entertaining space on the ground floor, a spacious kitchen/dining space and an enormous basement renovation. This expansive property features 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 2 reception rooms, a private garden and private off-street parking.
Basement level; 1 double bedroom - Family room/media area with projector - Children's playroom - Kitchenette & utility room, Exercise room with table tennis table, Office room.
Ground - Double reception room, Open plan kitchen/dining room, Toilet & Cloakroom

Whilst staying in Bayswater you will have a palace, lake and horse riding stables virtually in your front garden â and all in Zone 1.
Its cultural and social mix, reflected in the amazingly varied restaurants and food stores that line up along Queensway, lends the area some unusual contrasts. Bayswater is cosmopolitan yet comfortable, cutting edge yet cultured.
Getting Around:
Royal Oak Station is 3 minutes from the house.
Bayswater Station is 12 minutes away.

Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
