Meadowbank Lodge is a fantastic single-storey lodge resting in Brandesburton, East Riding of Yorkshire. Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size with a TV and en-suite shower room and a twin (zip/link can be super-king-size on request), along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire. Outside there is a wrap-around decking with seating, barbecue and a hot tub, along with off-road parking for three cars. Meadowbank Lodge is a wonderful retreat for relaxing break to East Riding of Yorkshire. Please note: the minimum stay in this property is 3 nights
Amenities: LPG central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, PlayStation4, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Private patio with hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Balcony on three sides of lodge. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, the garden is totally secure and very dog friendly. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: The owners have a pond which is not available to guests and separated from this property by a fence. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: The property can be accessed by a ramp and wheelchair-friendly patio doors, may be suitable for wheelchairs and for those with limited mobility. Note: Please bring own towels for the hot tub.
