AMAZING LOCATION!! Right in the heart of the action and all the sights but also thick windows to keep out the noise if needed but can open them and take in the sights and sounds! Apartment was beautiful and fit all our family of 6 with versatile beds (including the sofa bed) for adults to teens to smaller kids. Fantastic stay!

Perfect location for the uffizi museum, shopping and restaurants. Grocery nearby. Beautiful apartment, a bit smaller than expected but sleeps four comfortably. Very few supplies ( hand soap, body wash toilet paper etc ) You can tell it’s company run. Lots of stairs but that seems to b true everywhere in Italy. Do recommend

Thank you for your review and your recommendation! We’re so glad you enjoyed being close to the Uffizi, the shops and the restaurants, and that the apartment slept four comfortably. As private rental apartments, we aren’t permitted by Italian law to provide amenity kits like soaps and body wash, which is why supplies are kept to the basics. And you’re right about the stairs. They come with Italy’s historic buildings! We hope to welcome you back in Florence soon.

We enjoyed our stay! The location is ideal - we easily walked to all the sights, and the nearby shopping and restaurant options were convenient. As previously mentioned, there are music performers just outside, which we loved - they seemed to finish around 10:30pm. The unit fit our family of 4 adults well. We had one issue with the washing machine which was quickly resolved. We didn’t cook in the unit but it seemed appropriately stocked - it would have been nice to have a little coffee available for our 1st morning. Would stay again!!

Dear guest, we’re so happy you enjoyed your stay, and thank you for sharing your lovely photos of the view! It’s great to hear the location made exploring Florence easy, and that the evening music outside became part of the fun. We’re glad the apartment worked well for your family of four and that our team could fix the washing machine quickly. As private rental apartments, we aren’t permitted by Italian law to provide food, drinks or amenity kits, but there are plenty of shops nearby to pick up coffee for that first morning. We hope to see you again soon!

The room was beautiful and clean, with all the amenities needed for our trip and plenty of room for our family of 6. The location was perfect, with a number of food and shopping options just outside our door. The only thing I would suggest for other guests is to bring earplugs for sleeping - because of the convenient location, you can hear people on the street below late at night and the street sweepers are quite noisy in the morning. However, the location contributes to the charm of this place - we listened to live music played just below our window every evening, and the view was amazing.

Apartment was adorable and perfect for a family of four. It was clean and check-in was easy. Great location, maybe a little too great because it was very noisy at night. We tend to stay up late so noise normally wouldn’t bother us, but know that you’ll hear people all throughout the night from the windows. Only other slight drawback was lugging up the big suitcases up the many flights of stairs.

Dear guest, thank you for your review! We’re so glad the apartment was a cozy fit for your family of four, and that you found it clean with an easy check-in. A central location does come with some evening buzz, and walk-ups like this one are common in Florence’s historic buildings, so we appreciate the helpful notes for future guests. We hope to welcome you back!

A slice of Firenze! Nice view, and the location can’t be beat! My family and I loved it!

Maya was great at check in, got us settled and answered all our questions. Building is right across from the best breakfast deal for four people. Location is great! Everything is walkable- grocery, sights, train station. Apartment itself was clean and wonderful to return home to after seeing town. Street noise at night can be a bit much but I would stay here again for sure!

Fantastic Location!

Our family stayed at this very classic and unique unit with loft. The location was fantastic and the property was beautiful. The one downside was the A/C was preset and could not be lowered. It was during a heatwave and was very uncomfortable in the entire apartment.

Gorgeous apartment in the perfect location!

This apartment was perfect for me and my husband and our 2 teenage daughters for 3 nights. It is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Has everything you would need (including an American coffee maker and a washer/dryer) and is in walking distance from all of the key sights of Florence. Appreciated the in-person check-in and all of the sight seeing recommendations. We especially enjoyed the evenings before our dinner reservations where we opened all the windows, had a glass of wine and listened to the live musicians right under our windows.

Great location! Beautiful apartment

We loved our stay in this apartment. It was in a great area of town and was plenty big enough for myself and my two teenage daughters. They loved the loft space and we really enjoyed having two bathrooms. The Gelato store next door was one of our favorites in the city for sure! And the coffee shop across the street was delicious. Don't miss the stationary store a couple doors down. The shop owner does these demonstrations of how the handmade paper is produced and it was fascinating! Enjoy Florence - we will be back!!!

Want central Florence? This is it.

A beautiful traditional Florentine apartment. Yet with modern aspects nevertheless like kitchen and bathroom fittings and furnishings. The loft was gorgeous, but not recommended for anyone too tall - my girls are 5’5” and still bumped their heads. Only downside was nothing to do with the apartment, but the noise in central Florence through the night by groups of young men. But for location to all of the sights and museums, this is 5 minutes away from everything!

This apartment is clean, cozy and comfortable to stay in. It is a great location If you are looking to be close to all the sites in Florence. It can be noisy at night due to its central location but for a few nights was not a big deal for us. It is also conveniently right next to one of the best Gelato shops we tried. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs. I highly recommend this place.
