Misrepresentation

Location was excellent and initially the owner communicated well. He even arranged an airport shuttle transfer that went very well.Now the bad. As we entered the condo, there was a broken lamp that basically hung right in the middle of the living room. As I checked it out, I noticed there was no light bulb and it was unplugged. That tells me that the owner or house keeping knew about it. Strike one.Next, we looked for the lockbox safe to store our passports. MISSING! When I inquired about this, the owner told me that he removed it. His advertisement said he had one. If you have ever had a passport lost or stolen, trust me, you will spend the rest of your vacation dealing with it. MAJOR STRIKE.When we were looking for a condo in the area, we needed three things. A lockbox safe, a washer, and a clothes dryer. We had a list of condos but narrowed our list down to this one. This condo said it had all three. Guess what, there was no clothes dryer either. That meant we had to spend what little time we had of our vacation finding a laundry service. Another strike.When I inquired again about this in the morning, the owner ignored me. By afternoon, we were beginning to stress out. We had only one tour planned for our Athens trip. We were limited on time. We didn’t want to bring our passports on a tour but felt uncomfortable leaving our passports in the condo with no safe. Owner continued to ignore us.We checked out early and booked a hotel. Misrepresentation!!

Advertised as Wheelchair Accessible- It Was NOT

You must climb stairs to access the elevator. This apartment is NOT wheelchair accessible as advertised. Stained carpet and couch. The entire bathroom floor becomes flooded when the shower is used. You can do better.

Absolutely Perfect!

This property was so incredible! We got in super late due to delayed flights and getting into the apartment was seamless and easy. The pictures and description were very helpful. Although we didnt need much because everything was there any communication was promptly returned. The place its self was gorgeous and well thought out. The views were great and the balcony was one of our favorite places to sit and unwind. The AC worked great and the water was super hot! The location was perfect too, we walked everywhere. Over all we would love to come back here.

Beautiful flat with a view!

The apartment is perfectly situated in Athens for any activities one might seek. It is close to several metro stations, as well as walking distance to Plaka, Pseri and the Acropolis. There are a few small, grocery stores nearby, nearby and restaurants everywhere. The apartment contained all the things that we needed for a comfortable stay. We did not need assistance during our stay, however, our host was in touch and made sure we were comfortable. I would recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Athens and it is on my list for when I return.

Wedding and vacation

Our family of three were on the way to Santorini for a wedding. We stayed 2 nights in Athens. The apartment is beautiful, well appointed and clean. Check in was easy. Instruction to the flat and all amenities were well described in the welcome manual. Great recommendations for coffee and restaurants. Easy walk to everything. Really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location and host

The host was very accommodating and responsive. He organized our airport transfer and made numerous restaurant recommendations that were all great. Check in/out was simple. The property location is outstanding and very central to all attractions of Athens. The view from the terrace of Temple of Olympian Zeus and the surrounding park is lovely. The kitchen is well appointed, decor is modern and stylish, and air conditioning throughout. We would definitely return.

Absolutely amazing!

Beautiful view! Great location! Very clean! Even slippers were provided to wear in the Vrbo! We could walk to the temple of Zeus! Taxis were easy to access from our location! Thank you for the amazing memories!!

Perfect location, beautiful flat

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this stylish flat. It was our first time in Athens and it could not have been more perfect. The location is so convenient to the tram and metro stations. The Acropolis Museum is easily a 5-10 min walk. The music at Syntagma Square was a terrific surprise and it was so beautiful at Christmas Eve! Konstantinos was absolutely wonderful to communicate with and truly thought of everything. We could not have been more pleased for our kids first trip overseas. We loved Greece!

Perfect Stay

All of the previous reviews are spot on. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this one is on the top of our list. We will be recommending this flat to friends who will be visiting Athens in the future, and if we are fortunate to return we will definitely try to book.

Excellent location and comfortable

I highly recommend this property. The location is amazing! You can walked to the Acropolis, 10 minutes to the ticket window. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We were 6 and everyone was happy.

Fabulous Contemporary Apartment in excellent location

The Apartment is very modern and the location is unbelievable. The photos are very accurate. You can see the Acropolis from the balcony and the Temple of Zeus from the living and dining room out through the French doors. The bathroom is very small but functional, and there is a 2nd WC. The location is close to cafes and shops. Konstantinos has information in the apartment to make your stay very easy. We would definitely recommend.

The perfect place!!

We have been traveling in Europe for about a month and this was the best place we’ve stayed at! The location is absolutely perfect and the property is just gorgeous! The view is amazing and it was the perfect size for our group. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always answering our questions in a timely manner. This place could not have been better; it was truly perfect.

Felt Lucky to Stay There

Very nice, clean, convenient and safe location. In the heart of Athens with beautiful views and several option for public transportation within a couple of blocks. The unit accommodated our family of four nicely and allowed enough space to entertain a few family members from the area. When the locals say they wished the could live there, you know you have a good spot! We were a little concerned about street noise but the doors are soundproofed- you hear virtually nothing from inside and the bedrooms are pin drop quiet. Host communication was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Amazing apartment - perfect location!

This was our first visit to Athens and could not have been more happy with our apartment. Easy walking distance to the Acropolis and the Plaka, as well as upscale restaurants and shopping. We felt very safe walking around at night and the apartment had a spacious and comfortable living and dining room when we needed to relax. Kitchen was fully stocked and all the little things like soaps, laundry detergent, paper towels etc. we’re provided. Beds were comfy with high quality linens and towels were luxurious. Host was super responsive - would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful comfortable apartment in a good location

We stayed two nights before going to Crete. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. The location is central and perfect to enjoy Athens. The owner Konstantinos is very accessible and helpful.
