A wonderfully historic Grade II listed cottage situated in Crantock, Cornwall and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.
Great Weston is a lovely Grade II listed stone cottage nestled in Crantock, Cornwall. Hosting five bedrooms; three super-king-size one with a day bed, served by three en-suites, a ground-floor super-king-size, along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is an open-plan kitchen/diner, a mezzanine dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside has a front lawned garden and a rear decking area with furniture and hot tub, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Great Weston is a delightful choice for a seaside break to Cornwall. Note: There are steps throughout the property.
Amenities: Oil central heating and woodburning stove. Double electric range oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent (additional logs can be purchased on site). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available upon request. Enclosed front lawn garden and enclosed rear decking area with furniture, barbecue, hot tub and hot water shower. Note: Please do not allow children under 10 years in the hot tub. Two small well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking either at the cottage or on-site. Shop and pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.5 miles. Note: The cottage has a Good Housekeeping bond of ÂŁ400. Note:Please be aware that if you bring a dog and do not clear up after them in the house or the garden, then you will be charged clean-up fees from the bond. Note: Please do not let dogs upstairs, in the bedrooms, or on soft furnishings. Note: No hen/stag or similar. Note: Parking is available for 2 cars at the top of the drive in the clearly allocated spaces. Further parking is available at Crantock Village Hall by paying for a weekly permit. Note: There are external steps and steps throughout the property, not suitable for those with reduced mobility.
