Venez séjourner dans le paisible village de Crantock, dans une maison familiale spacieuse avec un immense jardin adapté aux enfants et à seulement 10 minutes à pied d'une belle longue plage de sable et de la rivière Gannel. Le village de Crantock lui-même a un magasin du village bien approvisionné (1 minute à pied) comprenant des petits pains fraîchement cuits au four, des croissants et des pâtisseries traditionnelles de Cornouailles; un service postal est également proposé. Il y a aussi un café agréable au coeur du village. Il y a 2 maisons publiques au cœur du village (2 minutes à pied) et une autre à un mile de distance qui surplombe la magnifique baie de Crantock. Crantock Corner fournit tout le nécessaire pour de bonnes vacances; logement fabuleux, immense jardin gazonné et emplacement fantastique.

Crantock Corner lui-même est une maison familiale extrêmement bien présentée et peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes. Composé de 5 chambres (1 salle de bains) et 2 salles de bains (1 en bas), il dispose d'un grand salon familial et d'une confortable pièce confortable avec un feu ouvert. Il dispose également d'une cuisine équipée bien équipée contenant une chaise longue en cuir marron située à côté d'une grande fenêtre pour offrir une vue imprenable sur le village. La salle à manger comprend une table extensible en chêne de 8 places et un magnifique feu ouvert art déco. La buanderie est une zone de couchage parfaite pour les animaux domestiques et elle est adjacente à la salle de bain en bas.

Tous les pubs du village servent de la bonne nourriture et de vraies bières locales et du cidre. Newquay est accessible à pied, en bus ou en voiture et offre la plupart des commodités attendues d'une petite ville balnéaire comme des magasins de surf, des supermarchés, des pubs animés, des restaurants pour tous les palais et récemment un cinéma. La ville cathédrale de Truro et l'unique Eden Project (avec forêt tropicale intérieure) sont à environ 30 minutes en voiture.

En résumé; logement spacieux, de bon goût et propre avec 3 places assises. A l'extérieur un immense jardin clos avec terrasse.

We really enjoyed our stay at Crantock Cottage. The house was as advertised and Paul was very quick at responding to any questions we had during the stay. The garden was a highlight!

Spacious house in the heart of Crantock

5 good size bedrooms, nice kitchen and 2 lounges plus a good size garden make thus a great house for a family or group of friends. Very handy too that TV also has Netflix/Amazon! It’s just a 3 minute walk to the well stocked village shop and 10 minutes or so to the fantastic Crantock beach. Thoroughly recommend it!

Fabulous well equipped perfect location

Simply a suburb host! Pauls communication regards to our stay was fantastic, accommodating and quick Nothing was any hastle. Felt very welcome and was a real treat to have tea coffee suger and a little milk ready, The house was equipped for every occasion, ours was a hen weekend, local friendly pub with great atmosphere, very well equipped little local shop walking distance to beach and easy to find. On a bus route straight to newquay, all linen provided including tea towls. Cleaning products provided Beautiful garden with a bbq, it honestly has everything! The only thing i could think of that it doesnt have...a hot tub...but thats being greedy We really enjoyed our short stay And would love to return again one day Completely faultless, highly recommended, perfect for absolutely any occasion

Excellent Property

Had a great week with a number of family members The location was good as we could go down the hill to the pub and beach or across on walks/runs Garden is a good size and kept the dog happy House is Number 1 when trying to find it and on the junction which was not an issue We had 4 cars in total, there is extra parking at the village hall which is £3 a day, the tickets and payment can all be sorted with the next door neighbour Steps at the front of the property may be an issue with anyone with mobility issues, for all of us was no issue En-suite serves one bedroom and the rest of upstairs via 2 doors which is not an issue Well equipped kitchen Everyone really enjoyed the stay and if I was going back to Crantock with a large group I would definitely stay again Owner was very helpful, 5* all around from us

Great House for Two Families.

Crantock Corner is a great house for two families holidaying together. It offers plenty of space for both the adults and children. The village has a great village shop and The Albion pub serves excellent beer and offers a good menu to meet everyone’s taste. Paul the owner is always on hand to answer any questions. We will definitely return.

Perfect house for large group of family or friends in ideal location.

We have stayed at Crantock Corner now for the last 6 or 7 years and have always found it to be very clean and tidy. My wife Janet and I always stay for 2 weeks and our daughters and partners with our 4 grandchildren come usually about the middle weekend to join us for our second week. The enormous garden has been used over the years for cricket, football, tennis, badminton and many other games. It is ideally located within walking distance of the beach (as long as you’ve plenty of hands to carry everything) to avoid queuing at the car park. At low tide if you enjoy walking you can walk over to Newquay and keep the car at home. If you ever have any problems (which would be very unusual) .the owner Paul or his daughter Elle are always on hand to sort things out, including sorting out the sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. The village of Crantock is a very pretty village with 2 pubs just 2 minutes down the road serving lovely food, although with the weather being so lovely this year, we walked the 1mile on the road to The Bowgie to dine out admiring the fantastic views. Thanks very much Paul and Elle from Colin, Janet, Sarah, Steve, Katie, Dan, Daisy, Oliver, Joseph, Maya and Ruby the dog. From Huddersfield and Leeds.

Real home from home

This is our fifth time at crantock in this house. It is ideally placed for the local shop, beach and pubs. It is very clean and comfortable and the garden is ideal for children and dogs to play in safety. Paul, the owner is very helpful and thoughtful and keeps in touch regularly to make sure your stay is trouble free

Wonderful large family home

We had a fantastic long weekend at Crantock Corner. We were a group of friends, and the amount of space in the house was fantastic. You have a great number of sleeping options with both single and double beds. The social areas were also great. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast and enjoyed it sitting in the morning sun in the garden. Paul and Elle made the trip very easy and communication was great from as soon as I made the booking. Thank you!

Spacious and comfortable home from home

Paul and his daughter Elle were very accommodating from the start, allowing us to bring 4 dogs with us to the property and have a Thursday check in/check out. We weren't let down when we arrived as we were able to utilise the large patio in the sunshine for breakfasts and evening meals, and walk the dogs on the sweeping Crantock beach first thing in the morning, and at sunset every night. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious and the kitchen very well equipped, with a picture window to view the fields while having a morning coffee. Our direct neighbour was lovely, and always helpful, and the pub at the bottom of the hill "The Cornishman" was also very dog friendly, served wonderful food, and allowed us to use their barrier controlled car park FOC when we had too many cars for the drive. All in all it was an idyllic holiday. Thankyou Paul and Elle.

Great family break

We had a lovely weekend staying here with extended family. Surprised with the amount of space both inside and out in the garden. Great communication with the owners . Very handy for shop, pub and beach.

Centrally located

We have just enjoyed a comfy stay in Crantock in this spacious house in a incredible location. We were a large group and there was enough room for everyone. The property was light and airy and both the house and garden was well maintained. We appreciate the extras that were provided and owner was very attentive in responding to any enquiries.

Lovely large house.

We spent a lovely Christmas holiday in Crantock Corner with the family. There were 8 adults but we found we had plenty of room and the sleeping arrangements worked perfectly for us. The size of the main lounge is amazing, with the added bonus of a smaller lounge if required. Although the kitchen is quite small everything we needed was provided and we managed to cook Christmas dinner with no problems. The area is beautiful with plenty of walks and the village is very pretty. The 2 pubs are friendly and serve good food and beer and the shop is perfect for groceries etc. (The pasties were gorgeous!) All in all a fabulous place for a family holiday.

A perfect house for a group getaway

A fantastic house in a great location. The local shop is a 2 minute walk away selling everything you need. Crantock beach and local pubs with good food are just a short walk away. The house is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. Would definitely recommend and hopefully return!
