The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 guests distributed as follows:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed and ensuite full bathroom (bathtub + sink + wc chamber)
- Bedroom 2: Double bed and ensuite bathroom (shower + sink) + (a separate wc chamber next to the apartment entrance)
- Bedroom 3: Double bed + Double bed and ensuite full bathroom

The apartment's location means you'll be able to get around France's capital quickly and easily, thanks to its many public transport options:
- Metro: Sentier (line 3), a 6-minute walk away
- Metro: Réaumur - Sébastopol (lines 3 and 4), a 2-minute walk away
- Metro: Strasbourg - Saint Denis (lines 4, 8 and 9), a 4-minute walk away

Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***
- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.
- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.93 EUR. You can check all the information at Taxe de séjour PARIS.
- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)
*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600€.
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Our stay at this VRBO in Paris was absolutely wonderful. The property looked exactly like the pictures—if anything, even better in person. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which made settling in so easy after a long day of travel.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept great throughout our stay. It truly felt like a relaxing home base in the middle of the city.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, thoughtful, and went the extra mile by checking in to make sure we arrived safely. We also really appreciated the restaurant recommendations—they were spot on and added so much to our experience.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

We had a good stay in Paris at Rue de La Lune. The location was excellent- very close to the Metro and within walking distance of many shops. Communicating with The Barcelona Collection team was very easy and they always responded right away.

There are several problems with the apartment: -mold in the bedrooms,-more steps then what is shown online. steps (one of which is not level) from entry to main level, more steps from main level to kitchen and bedroom, and more steps from main level to the bedroom upstairs. No hand-rails anywhere. handle to toilet downstairs was broken, can not fully shut the toilet door down stairs because it was stuck open,The 2 shower doors were leaking, shower fan upstairs did not work. shower fan on the main level caused the entire bedroom to smell like sewage. The fan seems to be pulling odors from the shower drain. Less than 6 inches of room around the bed on the main level. You literally have to crawl from the foot of the bed to get into the bed. Plaster is falling off in bedrooms upstairs and on the main level and in the entry way. With the plaster falling, very sharp metal edges were exposed on which I nearly cut myself. No smaller towels in the down stair bedroom. The microwave minute knob is broken and the turn table in the microwave is obviously the wrong one because it would not turn. The cupboard door for pots and pans was hanging down, it was not properly installed. The quiet time by the neighbors was not respected with loud music and shouting at 3am. Obviously I well not be returning to this place and I would not recommend it to anyone.

We would like to clarify that the apartment layout, including all stairs, room sizes, and configuration, is exactly as shown in the listing photos. These clearly reflect the space, and all structural elements are visible prior to booking.
Regarding the issues mentioned, we were not informed of any of these concerns during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have immediately sent our team to investigate and address them. We are always available and responsive to assist guests in real time, and we regret not being given the opportunity to do so.

Die Wohnung hatte das, was wir brauchten, nämlich einiges an Platz, da wir zu fünft waren. Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war ebenfalls gut. Betten waren bequem. Die Ausstattung der Küche war okay. Ihr merkt dann, dass dies etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aber absolut ausreichend. Für ein Wochenende, bei dem man meistens gar nicht in der Wohnung ist. Die Treppen in der Wohnung sind speziell, aber hat auch irgendwie was. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Wohnung wirklich zufrieden und können sie auch empfehlen.
