Location, location, location…..this beautiful apartment was the perfect spot for our family of six adults. It is located close to everything you need for fun and relaxation; a metro stop, a grocery and many blocks of excellent food, entertainment and shopping. The hostess greeted us on our arrival day and oriented us to the apartment. We also had quick responses when we needed a little guidance with the washer/drayer combo and some extra pillows. Thank you!I only wish we could have stayed longer.

The Good: Convenient location, able to walk to Louvre, etc, very easily. Supermarket just below, Rue Montorgueil just en face, Rue De Nil juste derrière; explore both for all your needs. Metro (Sentier) right there. Comfortable (for the most part, see below) and the A/C was much appreciated.The Bad: 4 toilets advertised, only 2 in the apartment. Be prepared to have 4 people sharing a toilet with no sink. Only one bedroom has a shower and toilet, another just has shower in the room and there's a separate larger bathroom with 2 sinks and shower. Artwork doesn't match the listing throughout: Scrooge McDuck with guns stating TIME IS MONEY was displayed prominently over the dining room table; listing shows much calmer artwork. An aggressive choice for a vacation rental. Foosball table was meh.The Ugly: Shower in bathroom was clogged. Maintenance had to come 2x to fix. The following day the separate larger bathroom smelled like sewer; it was so offensive that no one could use that bathroom to shower, wash hands, or brush teeth. Maintenance had to come back to fix; which didn't work. We couldn't use the bathroom for 3 days; covered the shower drain with a wet towel to contain the smell. Maintenance came back again the following day; problem was never fixed. We kept the drain covered for the rest of the trip and no one could use that sink or shower.

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay in this conveniently located apartment. It is just steps away from a pedestrian-only street with great cafes and coffee shops, and is also within about a mile of the Louvre and other tourist areas. The apartment was clean, and had the amenities needed for a week's stay (although some extra towels would have been a nice touch.) We appreciated that we were able to check in early and check out a little later to accommodate our flight schedule. Overall, we would recommend this apartment for an extended stay for families looking for extra room.

Great location

Lovely unit in a great area. Quiet and comfortable with excellent a/c. Enjoyed the foosball table. Grocery store next door and just steps away from amazing restaurants and shops. My only wish is that they provided soap for the dishwasher - but this is obviously a minor comment. Everything else was wonderful!

Nice and spacious, but could use some work

Upon arrival, the elevator was broken, so it was hard to take the suitcases up the narrow staircase. The kitchen was nice with good appliances, though the stove needed explanation which we had to find online and the washer/dryer worked after looking up the instructions online independently. The ad for the apartment is a little misleading because it says three bathrooms, but there are only two toilets, with one next to the kitchen. It was not a huge issue, but it was a surprise. Also, the shower in one bedroom had no door or curtain and water would spray out, so in reality, we only used two showers and the two toilets. With the dryer being weak, we had to hang dry clothes, but no drying rack was provided. This should be added because there is space.The apartment had a foosball table that did not work taking up space and several tvs that did not work. It did not affect us much, but for the price, all amenities in the apartment should work properly as intended. Another issue was the lack of electrical sockets. For those wanting to work on computers at the dining table, it is difficult because there are none near the table. As such, prolonged work on a computer or charging tablets was hard and led to cramped working in the bedroom where there was little space.The neighborhood was lively and full of mostly locals and many tourists, but there was a lot of graffiti and not the higher end buildings I was hoping for. Overall, great stay but could use some work.
