Welcome to Casa Iberico, a stunning 2 bedroom penthouse apartment. Offering unrivalled panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Located in a peaceful suburb of Marbella, the apartment is furnished and equipped to the highest standard to offer a top quality vacation or long stay experience. Casa Iberico is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and enjoy some sun and relaxation.
The space
Casa Iberico is your home from home. Set in the gorgeous tranquil community that is Los Lagos de Santa Maria. Just a 15-minute drive from Marbella centre and 10 minutes from the beach, our home offers everything you can want in a truly stylish and stunning setting. A comfortable 20 walk through the pine trees will take you down to the many restaurants, bars and shops of Elviria.
Tastefully decorated and equipped to the highest standard, our home offers accommodation for 4 over 2 levels. Casa Iberico has 3 secluded outdoor terraces with the main terrace providing ample room for dining, relaxing and soaking up the sun.
The light and airy lounge leads directly to the bespoke, open-plan kitchen. Recently renovated to the highest standard, no expense has been spared and the kitchen allows guests the opportunity to prepare simple meals or full dinners.
On this floor, we have the twin bedroom with private en suite shower room. The bedroom also has its own private terrace. New twin beds and mattresses have been installed this season to ensure the best nights sleep.
A spiral staircase takes you to the upper level where you will find the master bedroom. Light and airy, again with its own private terrace. A perfect spot for an early morning coffee. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with full bath. Again we have installed a beautiful new King size bed and mattress to ensure perfect comfort.
The main terrace is fully equipped with quality outdoor furniture including sofa, dining and sunbed options and offers stunning views over Marbella, the Rock of Gibraltar and across the Mediterranean toward North Africa.
The development of Los Lagos overlooks the stunning golf course and is a peaceful, low-rise community with a myriad of amenities close by and a short drive from Marbella itself. Los Lagos offers a number of swimming pools, all of which have been recently renovated and the landscaping enhances the tranquil setting of our community.
Casa Iberico offers high speed broadband wireless internet and TV offering most european channels. There is also a bluetooth speaker system, allowing you to play your favourite music.
Guest access
You will have the entire apartment which is on the upper floor, but reachable by all using the dedicated elevator. Secure underground parking is available for one car with plenty of on street parking also available.
