A luxury apartment located in the exclusive La Reserva De Marbella area and within walking distance of the beach, Supercor supermarket shop and restaurants/bars nearby. Overlooking Cabopino golf course from the balcony, there are tropical gardens within the complex and one of the four pools are on site ([ plus a childrens pool). Also you are only minutes from some of the best golf courses the Costa Del Sol has to offer. A couple of minutes in the car or a 15 minute walk will take you to the beach and to the many restaurants at Cabopino Marina. 15 mins to the centre of Marbella by car or Fuengirola, and 25 mins to Puerto Banus. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor which can be reached by a lift directly from the secure underground car park. A well equipped spacious apartment with all the luxuries of home. The main bedroom boasts a king sized bed with a Juliet balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is twin bedded, also with an en-suite bathroom. Discounts are available for 'longer stays' We have free high speed fibre Wi-Fi and English and Spanish TV stations .Aircon is included in the price between May and October. From 1st November to 30th April Heating /Aircon is not included in the price/rate per night. However, this service is available on a metered basis and a charge is calculated based upon metered usage.
A lovely stay in a comfortable and clean apartment. Good access to the beach and plenty of pubs and restaurants. Excellent communication with the hosts and all you need for a family. A few downsides - childrenâs room had no windows and was hot and dark. Air con wasnât the best.
We had a lovely 2 week stay at this property. It was an easy booking process and our hosts made us nothing but welcome. Any questions we had were always answered promptly. We were 3 adults with 2 children.
The apartment is in a great location and very close to the A7. If you hire a car there is designated underground parking to keep the car cool from the heat and a lift straight up to the apartment. So no hassle bringing in supplies or finding a parking place. The supermarket shop is two minutes from the apartment and never seemed to close and so very handy if you ever needed anything quickly. There is also a Supersol
Supermarket a little further away so you are spoiled for choice.
The pools and the urbanisation are very well kept and we could see the grandchildren in the pool from the balcony which had all day sun.
We all had a very relaxed and enjoyable holiday and would definitely return.
Very unfriendly landlord. First the key is sent and so that it did not arrive on time. The burden of searching for the key was placed on us. The shutters were broken and therefore the room could not be darkened for the children. The cleaning lady wouldn't let us leave because a key was missing that we had never received. It was implied that more people had slept there, which was not the case. Never experienced anything like it. Never again and not recommended. We stay at this resort every year.
Het appartement is oke. Het is wel verouderd. De bedden zouden moeten worden vervangen, de matrassen, dekbedden en kussens zitten vol zweet vlekken. Van luxe is geen sprake. Er was ook geen koffiezetter, die heb ik zelf maar gekocht en achter gelaten. Kortom redelijk appartement, cijfer 6/7.
De eigenaars reageren heel snel, zijn behulpzaam en geven advies om regio beter te ontdekken.
De dubbele badkamer was luxe met ons gezin van 5. Heel fijn dat de huurwagen veilig en koel in de garage kan staan. Huurwagen is aangeraden om de buurt beter te verkennen. Zwembad, peuterbad en jacuzzi (redder aanwezig in zomermaanden) geven de nodige verkoeling. Aircoâs en windmolens aanwezig. Kortom, we hadden een fijne tijd. đ

Het reserveren van het appartement verliep goed. We hebben vervolgens goed contact gehad met de eigenaar en konden daar met al onze vragen terecht! Elke keer een snelle reactie. Het appartement was ruim en schoon en op een super locatie. Met de auto konden we allerlei uitstapjes doen in de buurt. We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad.

We are just back from spending a week at Frances & Neilâs apartment at Reserva de Marbella, near Cabopino Beach. The apartment on the first floor was excellent. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large lounge, separate fitted kitchen and a patio/veranda overlooking the gardens, pool and jacuzzi. There was a TV, DVD player and CD player in the lounge, and cooker, toaster, microwave in the kitchen. Also a washing machine. The patio/veranda was big enough for a table, chairs and two loungers. Down by the pool was also loungers, chairs and shaded areas. Really nice and peaceful. Towels were provided, bedding, etc and everything meticulously clean.
There was a mini-supermarket 100 yards from the apartment and a large SuperCor 5 minute walk away. This latter sold same day English newspapers.
We drove the approx. 45 kilometres from Malaga airport using our own SatNav. I would recommend identifying the apartmentâs position on Google Maps and inputting into the SatNav in the comfort of your own home to save phaffing about when you get the hire car. We used Malaga Car Hire and were satisfied with the car, the service and the cost.
We used the car as little as possible as we, or rather I, like alcoholic drinks with meals, beach snacks, etc. The public bus service was great. The bus stops were literally a few minutesâ walk from the apartment to go to Marbella (only âŹ1.55 each) and over the footbridge to get the bus to Fuengirola (âŹ1.91 each). Its 12 kilometres to Marbella, 17 to Fuengirola. Regular approximately half hourly service. We drove up to the picturesque town/village of Benahavis on the last day and had tapas in very pleasant Las Cañas Viejas tavern/restaurant. Fuengirola is our favourite town on the coast. We had a tapas lunch at Lizarran Restaurant in Calle Alemania. You can Google their website for directions. Fabulous range of tapas. Best we have seen.
We had superb meals in the restaurants near to the apartment. Twice at the 2gether Restaurant just across the footbridge. Another night at the Village Inn Restaurant, across the footbridge. One evening we walked down to the Sinbad Beach to the Sinbad Restaurant. Super position and meal, but a half hour walk. Better to drive! If you like walking, the boardwalks through the sand dunes on Cabopino Beach is really nice and Andyâs Bar on the beach was excellent. We had two lunches there with jugs of sangria. We were very impressed by this well-appointed apartment. We had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was well positioned for the beach which we could walk to. There were shops and restaurants nearby. All in all, I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Excellent location and comfortable accommodation.
Three pools, secure parking and excellent location near to Cabopina Beach and Marina. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and easy access to freeway to Marbella, Porto Banus etc. The apartment was quiet with very comfortable beds and good facilities for self catering. The ideal holiday apartment. We spent ten relaxing days there and look forward to returning. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at the apartment on 4 previous occasions. After a 2 year break we are heading back in October. Its a great apartment. Swimming pool adults and kids plus a jacuzzi. We love the area. Near Marbella, and other towns along the coast . Great restaurants. Great Beeches.

Nice apartment!
This is a fantastic flat located 10 minutes from Marbella by car. Plenty of space and has the facilities one could need. Very clean. Good communication with the owner and easy to make contact with the local representative. One needs a car to this property but itÂŽs worth a short drive to come to a nice quiet area in the Costa del Sol. The garden has a childrens pool and a normal pool + a jaccuzzi! Well maintained garden. I will definitely stay here againnext time I travel to Costa del sol.

This is a very comfortable, well-furnished apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and 2 excellent bathrooms. The complex is quiet and peaceful and well-positioned for beaches, restaurants and shops. We particularly enjoyed the balcony which is an excellent sun trap. The pool areas are an added bonus. We would definitely stay there again as it has all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday.
