La Dimora di Castroncello is an independent villa with Dependance and swimming pool located in the green Val di Chiana and a few kilometers away from cities steeped in history, art and culture such as Cortona, Arezzo, Siena and Florence. The villa has wisely combined the charm of an old farmhouse with a high level of comfort thanks to a refined and valuable furniture. Immersed in a large garden including a portion of fully fenced wood, the main house and the lovely annex (total 300 square meters) can accommodate up to 12 people. The beautiful private swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters with a Jacuzzi with a diameter of 4 meters (open from May to September) and two gazebos complete the outdoor scenery made even more comfortable by a pleasant garden furniture. In addition, a small and well-kept garden (only during the summer) with fresh vegetables is made available to guests.

The ground floor of the villa opens with a large living room with an ancient stone fireplace (equipped with a very efficient thermo fireplace to heat even the days colder winter), living room-dining room with tables and chairs, service bathroom, kitchen with access to the veranda where there are tables and chairs for outdoor dining as well as a large barbecue, double bedroom with private bathroom with tub / shower and porch. The access to the first floor is possible both from an internal and external staircase, with a typical loggia and is composed of: a large living double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower, laundry room and large terrace. Dependance: a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, porch furnished with outdoor furniture. All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets.
