A beautiful Heritage Listed two level apartment in the very heart of Edinburgh's Historic New Town. Abercromby Place is one of Edinburgh's most desirable streets and is ten minutes walk to Princes Street. The apartment is approached from street level down a short stairway which leads to a front door. Entering via a shared lobby you will find the door to your private three bedroom apartment.

This dual aspect luxurious home has a spacious living room with two large bay Georgian windows and welcoming hallway, two King size bedrooms (one with a full en suite bathroom) and one large Double bedroom, cloakroom, Living room, dining area and a separate bathroom/shower room and kitchen.

A fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and fridge/freezer. A gas hob and large oven are also fitted. Kettle, toaster come as standard! Iron, ironing board, hairdryer are available. Free WIFI and Smart TV. Fully centrally heated.

Beautiful, luxurious home away from home in great walkable location to the great city of Edinburgh!

From the personal welcome of the host to the spotless and impeccable condition of the very spacious and gorgeously decorated home, Abercromby Place was equipped with anything we needed to make us feel like we were at home while on our short vacation and first but hopefully not last visit to Edinburgh.

Beautiful apartment

We were a part of 6 adults visiting for two nights. The apartment is in a great location; we parked the car and walked everywhere. The area is residential and very quiet in the evening.

Beautiful, luxury feel

The Escape to Edinburgh is a perfect getaway home, very spacious and decorated beautifully. We loved the size of the bedrooms, their decor and the old charm of the building. So many details were well thought out, and they provided a book with everything you’d ever want to know about the home and the area. We very much enjoyed our stay here! The only complaint I have is that the listing specifically says there’s a washer and a dryer, which we counted on when booking. (It even mentions a dryer in the book) However, there wasn’t a dryer. It needs to be removed from the listing. Otherwise, we were thrilled with the place! The welcome basket of local goodies was so exciting for our family who was visiting Edinburgh for the first time. Thank you!

Great location, excellent hosts, very clean!

We had the most amazing time staying here as a family of 6 adults. There was plenty of space, there were so many great decorative touches, and it was very cozy and clean. We were warmly welcomed by David upon arrival, and shown around the place. There was also a welcome basket with some treats, which was very unexpected and appreciated. There is a small grocery store a few blocks away, which was also very convenient. The location is excellent and walkable to so many places, and there were many great restaurants we enjoyed in the area. Fiona was also an excellent communicator, and we were very grateful to have such a great place to stay. Each night of our 3 night stay, we enjoyed a James Bond movie (the whole collection is available in a dvd collection at the house!) after a long day of walking and exploring. We loved the theme of the place. Highly recommend staying here. Note: There is not a clothes dryer as listed, although a drying rack was provided if you have some time to allow your clothes to air dry.
