It was the perfect choice for a short weekend trip visiting family. The weather was wet and chilly so I could not enjoy the outside space. Bathroom is tight quarters but as expected in a small camper. I would definitely stay here again.
Owner cancelled my 2 week reservation on 12 hours notice, citing sudden electrical problems, after having an ongoing conversation about the dog on property not disclosed in the ad at the time that I saw mentioned in the reviews.
VRBO let me review the property even though I did not, obviously, stay here.
Charlene was very nice and accommodating. Great location, close to Waynesville, and quiet. She provided most everything you needed. Just be aware that this camper is a very small space, especially the shower. It is right next to her house. Friendly dog in the yard. The only real problem was a lot of ants. But I still enjoyed the stay.
This was a fantastic experience! We just needed a place to sleep and relax, and this was perfect! Super clean, cute and easy to find. If you are looking for a place to sleep at night while you explore during the day, this is a great place. Thank you for providing a keurig and extra blankets, very thoughtful and kind. Wonderful time. Defiantly will stay again. Oh and the heat works and you have running water, everything you need!
I am a retired hospice chaplain, I live on the property with Skylar King who is a Great Pyrenees. He is friendly. He is kept in a secure fenced in yard.
