The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 located upstairs and 1 downstairs, and 3 full bathrooms; a 40 m² living-dining room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a large 70 m² porch-dining area. The garden has 8 sun loungers and a trampoline measuring almost 4 m in diameter.

The space
The master bedroom has a full private bathroom with a double king-size bathtub, a 180 x 200 cm king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and a 30 m² terrace.

The other two bedrooms upstairs have two 90cm beds and built-in wardrobes. The second bathroom upstairs is very spacious.

Downstairs, there is a 150x190cm double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and an adjacent full bathroom with a shower.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans, in addition to air conditioning throughout the chalet.
The chalet also has a huge private pool, jets, and a spa waterfall (operational when there's no drought), with the option of fencing it for children's safety (an extra cost of 60 euros).
There are two parking spaces inside the property (sometimes only one space is available because we leave our car); a play area in the large garden, and a professional netball court at the front of the chalet.
