The alone standing Villa, which was completely renovated in 2022, has two bedrooms and two modern-style bathrooms in the basement, with Raindance showers and much more features. The comfort is being completed by an open, light-flooded living room with fireplace, an elegant dining area and a fully equipped, ultra-modern kitchen with American fridge, ice cube dispenser and induction hob.
On the upper floor you find the master bedroom with a generous ensuite bathroom, classically equipped with a bathtub, and a private terrace. The evening view of the sea and the charming fishing boats is second to none.

And… All rooms have a fantastic sea view.
The highlight of the 1,300m2 park-like area is the round, 8-metre infinity pool with an adjoining lounge area. Both, an outdoor shower and a toilet are also available. Just a few steps away, a fully equipped outdoor bar invites you to comfy BBQ evenings under the Andalusian sun. The large Danish gas grill is a grill pro's dream, together with the 2-burner outdoor gas stove.
'Villa Vistas al Mar' has plenty parking space in front of the house and additionally a private garage.

Amazing stay!

Home is beautiful. Impeccable furnishings. The outdoor area is great for families, with an amazing pool and so many areas to relax. Dieter was a fantastic local contact and provided a great check in and check out process. We didn’t want to leave, but we will be back!

Amazing location and management

This stay exceeded all our expectations. The villa was very well-equipped, and the view was outstanding. It was very quiet, and we could easily access downtown Malaga by car or Uber. Dieter was very helpful, answered all our questions, and made our stay very relaxing. I can't wait to come back there again.

Stunning Holiday Home

The views are just incredible. The villa itself is lovely, well equipped and the A/C works great for sleeping. Dietar was helpful thoughout with contact via WhatsApp when we needed any information. It's a short walk down the hill to the beach and many restaurants and bars in town. It's 10 minute walk back up to the villa via some steps or a little longer using the roads. We had an awesome break and fully recommend the property.

Amazing property!

This is a wonderful property with an absolutely incredible view! We have stayed in a lot of rental properties and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this one. It has everything you need. Dieter was incredibly helpful and the villa is very well looked after. The pool area and veranda are beautiful places to relax and take in the amazing sea view. We will definitely go back!

Exceptional Holiday Home

If you’re looking for a vacation home in paradise, look no further! The property is absolutely gorgeous, so well stocked and the attention to detail is off the charts. Everything has been thought of to make the guest experience truly memorable right from check in to check out. Dieter is amazing about explaining everything in detail and keeps in touch throughout your stay. We were sad to leave but have amazing memories. If it’s not obvious, we highly recommend this vacation rental!

awesome property, everything was as we wished. perfectly maintained, (thanks to Dieter!) super pool !! Could not have asked for anything better!!. Note: house number 21 but listed as 23 on vrbo, neighbors were understanding. A bit of winding streets to approach the house first time: do it in daylight.

An Amazing Experience at Villa Vista al Mar

We had a wonderful time at the Villa and our experience was fantastic from beginning to end. We were a party of 4 with ages ranging from 27 to 85 and all felt the Villa met their own needs. The pictures are unusually an extremely accurate representation with every amenity you could hope for. We usually eat out on holiday but found ourselves not wanting to move away from the Villa it was so beautiful. Special mention to Dieter who was excellent on hand to help us get the best out of our stay, checked in regularly and was extremely responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend this Villa and we are definitely planning to return.

Arriving at the property with great anticipation,the reality however was even better than we lived up to.The welcoming by Gerhard was nothing less than friendly, warm but still professional. We immediately felt as coming home !!The house itself is more than complete and fantastic to stay in.We were able to stay untill far in the afternoon, which was great. ( Staying at the airport for hours is no fun )Gerhard once again many many thanks for all the help and information.See you next year

Fabulous Holiday Villa

We are a family of 6 and we had an amazing holiday. The villa is equipped with everything you need and is large and comfortable. We lived outside as different areas to sit and sunbath or relax. We loved cooking on the BBQ and chilling around the pool. Thank you to Dieter for greeting us on arrival and checking in during our stay oh and the endless supply of fresh figs! We visited many of the restaurants in Benajarafe and enjoyed them all. We also enjoyed trips to Nerja, Malaga and Ronda. The villa was a perfect base for travelling around. It’s a 10/10 from us

This place is really something! Everything you see on the photos - well, it is much better than the photos! Amazing garden with a great pool. And the view!!! Everything is very well taken care of. The house has everything you need for a shorter or longer stay. You already notice from the dishes and cutleries that quality matters in that household. The owner has paid great attention to safety and fire-safety in general. You don’t see that in many places. Both the check-in and check-out were very smooth. Dieter is very friendly and responds quickly to any queries. We highly recommend this place and plan to return one day ourselves. Thank you for having us!

Endroit exceptionnel !

La villa est dans un emplacement de choix, entièrement équipé et a une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer a perte de vue. À 5 minutes de tous les services nécessaires, à 20 minutes de Malaga, 25 minutes de Nerja et a 1h30 de Grenade. L'hôte, Dieter est fort sympathique, nous a accueillit de façon exemplaire et est resté disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Fortement recommander ! Merci Dieter !

Villa Vistas al Mar is a beautiful property with a stunning view. It is well laid out and very comfortable. There has been some upgrades to the downstairs bathrooms that we used. The bathroom in the master suite needs to be updated but is perfectly useable. The kitchen is well-equipped and the appliances are modern. The outside areas have been well designed with a separate utility room and BBQ kitchen, the pool and seating areas are also lovely and private. The property manager was very helpful and responsive when we needed information and to rearrange our checkout plans.It was disappointing that the surrounding areas outside of the villa were very tired and untended. We were planning to visit the Malaga area with the intent of looking for a place to have a 2nd home, Benajarafe would not be a location we would chose, it is a sprawling urbanisation. The beach at Benajarafe is also not very nice with volcanic sand, typical of many in the Costa del Sol.

Traumhaus in relativ guter Lage

Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien in dem wirklich sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Der Blick auf das Meer ist unbeschreiblich. Das Haus ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet, uns hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war extrem unkompliziert. Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass auf unsere Wünsche bzgl. An- und Abreise eingegangen wurde und wir bei Ankunft herzlich empfangen und willkommen geheißen wurden. Wenn möglich kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wij hebben genoten! In deze villa ontbreekt het je aan niets!! Er is aan alles gedacht, ik kan een heel verhaal opschrijven maar dat is niet nodig. Wil je heerlijke vakantie in een prachtige villa aan zee? Dan moet je niet verder zoeken. En Dieter (conciërge) bedankt jij zorgt ervoor dat het de gasten aan niets ontbreekt

Wunderschöne Finca

Super schöne Finca mit vielen Details und traumhafter Aussicht. Es fehlt an nichts und von der Buchung bis zum check out war es unkompliziert. Alles sehr gepflegt und neuwertig. Die Unterkunft ist genau so wie beschrieben und die Bilder sind 100 % realistisch. Sehr empfehlenswert. Kurze Wege zum einkaufen und zum Strand machten den Urlaub perfekt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Nice Holiday in Benajarafe

Im Juli 2023 hatten unsere Familie einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa. Die Gartenanlage mit Pool und Sicht auf das Meer und die Außenküche im massiven Pavillon sowie die Einrichtung der Villa an sich waren schon ein Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter Dieter gestaltete sich reibungslos und unkompliziert. Der Weg zum Meer (Strand) ist über eine Abkürzung (Treppe mit 89 Stufen) in ca. 9 Minuten erreichbar. Benajarafe ist ein ruhiger und entspannter kleiner Urlauberort mit viel Strand und netten Strandbars. Wir werden hoffentlich nicht das letzte mal Gelegenheit für einen Aufenthalt in der Villa gehabt haben. VG Familie R. aus Brandenburg
