Welcome to our lovely apartment, located just a 5-minute walk from Royal Beach in Calahonda. The area around the apartment feels like an oasis, perfect for family holidays. You can walk to the beach, reach Lidl in under 2 minutes, and get to restaurants and bars in less than 5 minutes. Some of the coastâs most well-known chiringuitos (beachfront restaurants) are also nearby, where you can enjoy dining in unique settings.
The Space:
Nearby, you will find golf courses, tennis and paddle courts, walking paths, and a gym for those who enjoy staying active.
The apartment features a spacious living room with a dining area and a lovely balcony furnished with a table and chairs, offering beautiful views of the pool area and the lush communal gardens.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a comfortable dining space for enjoyable family meals.
There are two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds.
The apartment is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, Swedish and international TV channels, and air conditioning in all rooms.
The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and bed linen per person.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small welcome set with essentials such as shampoo and basic cleaning products. This is a starter package to help you settle in you are welcome to purchase any additional items you may need during your stay.
