Indoor facilities
Masseria Falasarna is a villa that offers 4 independent rooms with a sea view, able to accommodate up to 8 adults and 3 extra child beds. The whole Villa is air-conditioned.

On the ground floor, the villa offers a living space of 60 square meters: a kitchen opened in the dining room with high-end equipment, an oven of 80 cm, induction plates, an American-style fridge with filtered water distribution, and ice cubes, a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and living room with U-shaped sofas to enjoy the view. On the ground floor, a room that can accommodate a couple and a child is equipped with an independent shower and toilet.
First Floor: a living room with a large flat screen, three bedrooms with sea views equipped with an independent shower and toilet. Two bedrooms that can accommodate an extra "child" and two with the possibility of having two separate beds. The bedding is "sleep on nature", COCO-MAT.

Outdoor facilities
On a terrace of more than 200 m², a heated infinity swimming pool of 10m x 5m (can be heated at an extra cost), a summer kitchen with a barbecue and a wood oven, tables and chairs "Greek tavern" under a shady pergola. On top of that, the villa is built on a land of more than 5,000 m², including fifty old olive trees and more than a hundred in a "nursery"! This will satisfy the curiosity of any "budding farmer"!

Finally, a roof terrace of 100 m², a real promontory offering a 360 ° view of the surrounding nature during the day, and an open planetarium during the night!

Masseria Falasarna is an agrotourism because it is located in the middle of the olive groves, as far as the eye can see: it is located 1.5 km away from the asphalt road. For access to the villa, you will have to take an agricultural road, which is better to take with an SUV or a 4x4.

The name "Masseria" comes from Italian, and it designates a large agricultural building. We find this type of farm especially in the south, in Sicily and Pulia, where many buildings have been renovated to make charming "agriturismo", Our dream took shape there and we realized it in Falasarna in Crete.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require 7 days' advance notice.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

Villa Masseria is located in the village of Platanos in the Kissamos Prefecture, about 5.8 km from the famous sandy beach of Falassarna. The beach has many restaurants and beach bars, an ideal place to relax near the sea. The village of Platanos is well-organized with many facilities, like a gas station, supermarket, restaurants, and bakeries. The villa is built on a hill above the blue crystal waters of the Cretan Sea.
