Foxford & nearby Ballina are the heart of Irelands Salmon Fishing region. The beautiful and world famous River Moy runs right through Foxford town and is one of Europe's top Salmon fishing destinations. There is a wealth of fishing knowledge and facilities in town and a large selection of A1 fishing locations to choose from. Several Golf courses are located nearby, with the coastal Enniscrone Golf Links being particularly beautiful only a 30min drive from the Loft.

The apartment has beautiful rural views front & back but is only 1.5 Kms, a 15 min stroll into Foxford township. Situated only 200mtrs off the main Fxfd-Dublin Road.
The steep external staircase insures a private entry and the freedom to come & go as you please.
There is outdoor seating in the garden, a BBQ is available on request and children may play safely on the fenced front lawn without disturbance.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a DVD player with a wide selection of movies. Also Board games, cards, children toys and a selection of adult & children's books for your use.

This apartment has 2 double bedrooms.
In the first large master bedroom, you will also find a single Pullout bed and a travel cot & changing mat if necessary.
This bedroom has an Ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower, basin.
The second bedroom contains a double bed and dressing table.
Both bedrooms have keys for added security.
The main bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. In the bathroom cupboard you will find an Iron, Ironing board & Drying rack. Complimentary Hairdryer, soap, shampoos.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more convenient .

Please be aware, there is a steep staircase up to the apartment.

- Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property for 2 cars and safe off street directly in front of property. .
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- No loud noise after midnite.
