The beds were very comfortable. We were there for a baseball tournament but found some time to enjoy fishing in the pond. We saw deer on the property every day. It was a very pleasant stay.

The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed to feel at home.The location was easy accessed and located to local attractions, restaurants, and Cooperstown. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable along with nice showers.The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and made the entire rental process smooth from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were simple.Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for helping make our vacation so enjoyable!

We booked this place while our sons were playing baseball in the Cooperstown Dreams Park. The property was an easy 15 to 20 minute drive to the park. The setting is beautiful and we love the deck overlooking the pond. When the boys got a break from the games, they loved fishing in the pond and the owner had two fishing poles and some lures available. This property was one of the few places we found with 3BD/2.5 BA which met our needs. Communication with the owners was great and they even checked on us to see if we needed anything during our stay. Highly recommend this property if you’re staying near Cooperstown.

Great Spot

This was a great location about 15-20 minutes from Cooperstown All Star Village and also from Cooperstown. It was quiet and had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant one.

Don and Marie were awesome and the home was very nice and well equipped. They were very accommodating in a late request for a change in number of guests. The fishing pond was an added bonus and we enjoyed stepping off the deck and catching many bass. We would definitely stay there again.

We were in town for my son's baseball tournament. The cottage was a great getaway from the crowds and lines of Cooperstown. Beautiful, private spot. The hosts were very kind, and easy to communicate with. We will always remember this trip!

Cooperstown stay

Great property for those wanting peace and quiet. Easy to make food in the kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, washer and dryer, and pond with large-mouth bass [easy catching]. Property owners were easy to communicate with and live close. Neighbors were very friendly.

So relaxing!

Amazing place to stay and so relaxing! Everything was super clean and ready for us when we arrived! We were in and out alot going back and forth to Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was only 15 minutes from the park! Would definitely come back!

The directions were great and the cabin was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the grill and kitchen was perfect size. The WI-FI was great too if needing to get in some work while traveling. Thank you!

Relaxing country home experience

Best of Both Worlds

We were in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament but after baseball came home to a beautiful quiet mountain cabin. Enjoyed the nature and and beautiful property.

Nice remote house

Nice place, only stayed 2 nights and it rained quite a bit. Didn’t have chance to enjoy deck or pond. Very welcoming hosts!

A Hidden Gem

The property was perfect for our needs. We were two families who had kids playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park, so we were off-property much of the time. However, when we were there, we were able to take care of all that the property had to offer (pond for fishing, grill for cooking dinner, open space for wiffle ball, etc.) in a relaxing, serene environment. Our hosts made sure we had everything we needed prior to arriving and during our stay. Check in and out was a breeze. We'd gladly stay again if we're in the area!

Home away from home!!

We truly felt this place to be a home away from home while we were in town for our son’s Cooperstown Baseball Tournament. The communication from the owners was fantastic!! The location was so quiet and peaceful and was a 15 min drive to be ball fields. Even though we did not spend a lot of time at the house during the days, it had everything we needed!!
