Cozy 4 bedroom 2 bathrooms.Located along the picturesque Susquehanna River. Located between Oneonta and Cooperstown, this is a perfect spot to stay to be close to area attractions! Includes off street parking, living room, dining room, full kitchen, grill, deck overlooking the Susquehanna River, and private dock.
The house was great and in a beautiful location! There was plenty of room in the house for all of our families! Our boys loved fishing on the dock and we even rented a canoe from the shop down the street for the day!
The place was 10 minutes from the ball park and about 15 minutes from town. It was great! Close to everything but away from all the chaos. The owner was great! Responsive to questions and very hospitable! I highly recommend!!
This house was perfect for our week in Cooperstown! It was very clean and comfortable! Lots of sleeping spaces and very comfortable beds after long days! It was about 10 minutes from Dreams Park and close to lots of food and shopping! Myles was quick to respond and very kind. Definitely highly recommend this peaceful property!
The stay here was perfect. Nice location and everything was clean. They made sure there was everything we could possibly need to cook and enjoy this weekend!
This property was about 15 minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park, which worked well for us. It was also close to stores, gas, and restaurants. Waking up to the water view was amazing! If there were Kayaks at the home this home would be an 11! My kids loved fishing off the dock out back and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit at night. While we were at the home the refrigerator stopped working and we had to put our food on ice, but the owner responded quickly to my message and had a new refrigerator at the home that afternoon! The home is very close to the road and parking is limited but, there was no issue with car noise during the night time hours. Overall, this was a great home for what we needed and are even planning a return visit to explore more of downtown Cooperstown and the lake!
Beautiful home with an even better location! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Cooperstown area. Hope to revisit and book again in the future.
Great location for touring breweries and very close to Cooperstown
House nice and very clean but it is literally on Route 28, very close to street. Sitting out back on deck and listening to river was still peaceful.
Great location for breweries and we were impressed with Oneonta
We loved this house right on the river. Our weekend was too cold outside to fully enjoy everything there was to do but we kayaked and the dock was so convenient. We really enjoyed our time at this house. It was warm and comfortable inside and close to cooperstown and Oneanta!
We came up for our daughters wedding and needed a spacious house to get ready and take pictures. Our check in was very smooth. Everything was very clean and everything we needed was there. The beds were soft and comfortable. If we ever need to stay again we would definitely rent this house again.
Stayed her with 3 other parents while our sons played in the Cooperstown All-Star Village tournament. House is only a 15 minute ride to ASV. House was clean and had everything we needed for the week. Right on the river and has a dock so we did a little fishing. You can rent kayaks at shop down street if you want. Would highly recommend staying here if your child is playing at either Dreams park ( 10 min drive) or ASV.
Beautiful house right in the river! The weather didnât cooperate for our weekend, but just the view was fabulous. Short drive to Cooperstown to the baseball hall of fame, which was our main reason for coming up. Myles was great, easy to communicate with.
Be aware that the house is right on a main road, so sometimes the traffic noise was disruptive, but it was worth it to be right on the river.
Clean and comfortable house with lots of space. Amazing river view from back deck with opportunity for fishing. Not far from Hall of Fame, Doubleday field, restaurants, etc. My grandson had the time of his life celebrating his 10th birthday by going to Hall of Fame and also seeing his cousin play baseball. We hope to return when heâs 12 and will play with his home team. The kids enjoyed fishing in the river. The âgirlsâ (daughter, granddaughter and me) had fun shopping. House was a great place to hang out and the kitchen was generously supplied with everything needed.
My friends and I had a great stay in Portlandville. The house was nice and the location was very convenient to get to Cooperstown for activities (15 minutes). Recommend as an option for a long weekend in the area.
