Bayside Waterfront Canal Home, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains et 12 couchages. Chauffage / air central, dalle. Comprend un canal cloisonné avec glissement de bateau. Micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, TV, DVD, laveuse / sécheuse, barbecue extérieur et brûleur à gaz. Douche extérieure pour rincer après la pêche ou aller à la plage et en bas des escaliers. Douche et toilettes à eau chaude. Interdiction de fumer. Petits animaux acceptés avec supplément. Draps de week-end disponibles moyennant des frais supplémentaires sur demande. Showers and some dishws were dirty. Trash in the main bathroom and food in the fridge. We had to pit the mattress covers on two of the beds and one of the beds had an old oatmeal cream pie cookie smashed between the mattress and frame that had been there a while. Other than minor cleaniness issues, property was as described but house could use some maintenance.

Stingaree Landing 14 years

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been enjoying Stingaree Landing for at least 10 of the last 14 years! While the property has changed a bit, it is still perfect for our annual fishing trip! Sleeping 8 including the couches and plenty of dock space for 3 boats! The fish cleaning table could use a little attention, but other than that this place is perfect! Oh, and I must say the ladies at Swedes Real Estate are awesome!

Great Sunsets!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Front stairs are very dangerous, especially going downstairs. I suggest using the stairs out of the garage, much safer and easy to load supplies upstairs. It doesn't have a King Size bed. Had some problem with the door to the bathroom downstairs. Could use a more comfortable couch (really soft).

Not ideal

Pros- boat slip, pet friendly, great location Cons- old-school check in and check out process where you have to physically pick up the key. Also, my main issue with the place is lack of cleanliness. Upon checkin, one of my dogs found chicken bones under a couch cushion. Another dog found bones under one of the beds in the guest room. (To be clear, these were not out there by us as 1) we had just arrived, and 2) we did not bring food into the house for another day or more. 3) we are vegetarians. Thankfully my dogs did not choke on these items, and no one got sick. However, I am very disappointed that this is even something we had to worry about for place that should have been cleaned prior to our arrival

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of large poop in yard to pick up before we could take our own dogs out. We picked up our own dogs poop and put in trash. Had to pick up dog poop on deck from previous people. Trash down stairs, liquor bottles which we did not pick up. We love the place and location. Was just not cleaned that well prior to our visit. Light bulbs out, little things, large drawer broken in kitchen. We will still come back bc we love the place but kinda a bummer to have to pick up so much large dog poop just so we could stay there.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furnishings were old. The kitchen was poorly stocked with mismatched utensils. The toilet in master needed adjusting so it would not run all the time. And needed about a dozen missing light bulbs. The AC was great keep the house cool. The boat lift worked well, the dock area was neat and functional. the garage was was well lite and spacious. overall the house needed a little TLC to be really nice.

So check in was at 12 noon. We arrived at Swedes at 11:30 and tried to check in. Swedes told me the cleaning people were there cleaning the house. Noon came and we checked in and arrived at the property. Well I would say no cleaning person had been there in a while. Water bottles laying on the floor and just filthy. We had to clean the property before we could even bring our things up. Worst experience I have had with Swedes ever. Not sure if I will do it again after this.

This place was amazing for Spring Break but we didn't know there was no linens on the beds. We had to go buy sheets. But everything was perfect.

A little dissapointed for the money we paid

Great Location. The house is plenty big for a big group, and was clean and neat inside. We rented it for the weekend and by Saturday mid day the bathroom sinks would not drain and one of the two foilets was bubbling, and the other one barely flushed. When we were outside the home on the deck we noticed a smell of sewage and sure enough the septive was seeping out all in the side yard and driveway by our cars. We called the rental office and the lady on the phone said "again?" So they knew about the problem! She said someone would be coming- but no one did. Sunday the problem continued to get worse and we could barely stand to be outside the home. By the time Monday morning came it was awful! The smell outside made us all nauseous. The air vents dripped water all through the house, and the disposal in kitchen stunk like sewer. They advertised satellite televison but only had local channels 2-8. We also encountered roaches in the house during our stay. This house needs some repairs and TLC before rented again!
