Gulls Way est un intime, romantique appartement d'une chambre, portes françaises ouverte de l'espace de vie à un petit balcon, parfait pour yacht / bateau à regarder avec un verre de vin. Situé sur le bord de la ville dans le développement Packet Quays, il offre une vue imprenable sur l'estuaire et la baie de Falmouth.

Ce charmant petit appartement est parfaitement positionné (une minute à pied du centre-ville) pour profiter des installations locales à Falmouth, les belles plages et, bien sûr, les eaux de navigation exceptionnelles de l'estuaire Fal.

Gulls Way peut accueillir deux personnes dans une chambre en mezzanine, avec un canapé-lit pour un espace supplémentaire de couchage si nécessaire, une salle de bains et l'avantage supplémentaire d'un espace sécurisé de parking couvert.

Harbour View

A lovely property in perfect location. It is a little tired in parts of the property. Our only real criticism was the shower. This just dribbled out unfortunately the upstairs hot water pressure was very weak.

Short break in Falmouth

Small, cosy apartment located in Falmouth close to facilities and includes secure parking. Apartment has lovely sea/harbour views from the balcony and everything you need for a short stay. Instructions and directions were clear and complete with everything thought of. All in all a lovely place to stay for a long weekend and would highly recommend.

Great location

Lovely flat, compact but ideal for one or two persons. Great location and balcony overlooking the Marina is wonderful. At this time of year, however, only useable in the mornings. Disappointed I couldn’t drink a glass of wine in the evening. Nice to have a bath since so much holiday accommodation only have a shower. Nice restaurant just up the road called The Boathouse, excellent Sunday roast. Nice welcome pack of coffee and tea bags plus 2 packs of biscuits. Only criticism - lack of extras. Only one tea towel and cloth supplied. Also half bottle of washing up liquid, liquid handwash. Everywhere I have stayed before always has fresh bottles provided. Otherwise, a lovely time.

Room with a view

I have stayed at a few holiday lets now and only review the ones that i have positive things to say ! I go alot on how a place makes you feel & This little gem didnt have fancys furnishings but was clean and had a such a lovely lovely atmosphere & the view was 10/10 i wish i could upload a video of the sunrise i watched from the living room one morning it was breath taking ! There was everything you needed and the place was a fabulous location ,i think & heard that falmouth is very up & coming with eateries / indi dog / hooked on the rocks and so many more 10/10 food and we are foodies , thankyou so much we will miss this little place and waking up to that gorgeous view everyday ! Love Lisa Mario & our toy poodle Angel

Great Studio Apartment

The apartment is well laid out. Fast internet, secure parking on the opposite side of the road. The kitchen is tiny but this is not a problem due to the well designed layout. I cooked all our meals in there no problem. The bed and storage area is fine. But, the bathroom ceiling is very low. I am 6' 1" and just about got bye. The view over Falmouth harbour is excellent. Always some movement etc. Did not feel the need to watch any TV. Close enough to the town for a pleasant stroll after the evening meal, but noise never a problem. Late night opening shop nearby for those odd grocery items. Plenty to do in the local area, NT membership a must. Our first stay in a studio apartment. I might well return!

Water leaking through the roof on arrival

Rang owner as soon as opened the door saw water leaking through the ceiling and electric light and realised the property was not safe to stay on Saturday afternoon after driving 6.5hours. It took 3.5hrs to be relocated to the only option offered which was 2 miles away from booked location in a poky little annexe through another provider. The owner had another property in Falmouth but won’t allow us to stay as she had other guests arriving on Sunday. We were expected to share the bedroom with a dog which also had the only table and 2 chairs for eating. There was no TV either and the cleaner took pity on us and allowed us to use the TV room in the main house. We only agreed to spend the night there as we hoped the maintenance team could fix the leak. We rang the owner on Monday lunchtime to check when we could move back and was told the property would not be available for 2 months. At this point we asked for a full refund as no other accommodation was available and the annexe (more like small bedsit) was not acceptable for a week’s holiday. The owner sent a partial refund of less than 1/3 of the price paid. It took 3 phone calls to VRBO and eventual advised inbox message the owner before she acknowledged our complaint. We continued to complain to VRBO and the owner finally paid full refund on Wednesday (5 days after the start of our booking) We have logged a further complaint with VRBO for financial compensation for the misery and upheaval we endured during 3 nights in the annexe. We decided to cut our trip short as we could not bear staying in the annexe/bedsit any longer. We booked a central location with a sea view due to mobility issues and we were expected to pay for train/bus/taxis to be able to enjoy an alcoholic beverage on our holiday. This is not acceptable. The least VRBO could do is offer us some financial compensation as a gesture of goodwill.

Great little flat with superb view.

We had a lovely stay in beautiful Falmouth. Flat was clean, cozy with gorgeous harbor view and a short walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants on High Street. Would highly recommend though not well suited to those who have trouble with stairs. Perfect for us however!

64 High Street, Gull's Way, Falmouth

We were very impressed. It was clean and conveniently located for local amenities, with a fine view over the estuary. There was also parking available for a single car. The premises are rather compact and open-plan, which didn't bother us, but would be less suitable for larger families or those requiring their own personal sleeping quarters. We would certainly be happy to visit again.

On the top of the High Street - in our opinion the prettiest part of the town. Excellent base for us to explore the south west coastal path.

Lovely apartment, perfectly located with a stunning view

This is a lovely clean apartment, perfect for a couple who want to be close to everything Falmouth has to offer. The view out over the harbour is stunning and it’s great to wake up to every morning. Check in details were spot on and communication good throughout. The parking space is a real bonus, although it’s a little tight. There are loads of great restaurants within a few mins walk and we stayed for a week and didn’t have one bad meal.
