No 8 Estuary View est un appartement contemporain et confortable avec un décor nautique et toutes les commodités modernes, wifi, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, etc. L'appartement est dans un bel immeuble ancien avec son propre espace de stationnement et est également accessible en fauteuil roulant. Sa position élevée offre une vue imprenable sur l'estuaire, le port de chasse d'eau et les promontoires de St Mawes. Ces vues peuvent être appréciées depuis la chambre principale, le salon et le patio. L'appartement dispose de 2 grandes chambres, l'une avec un lit super king-size et l'autre avec un lit double et une simple avec 2 salles de bains. Une salle de douche et une autre plus grande salle de bain pour une baignoire de luxe. La cuisine est joliment décorée et entièrement équipée pour tout type de cuisinier. Le salon est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre avec ses portes-fenêtres donnant sur le balcon et ses nombreux canapés et coussins confortables.

Cette superbe propriété est parfaitement positionnée pour profiter des installations locales de Falmouth, notamment de fabuleux restaurants, cafés, boutiques et antiquités à quelques pas. Les belles plages de Falmouth sont à une courte distance et l'estuaire propose une grande variété d'excursions en voilier et en bateau.

Fantastic location

The view makes this property brilliant alone but it is also in a great location to walk into Falmouth town centre and harbour, with some great places to eat and drink. It was a really good base for exploring Cornwall! The property itself was well equipped, clean and had plenty of space for our family.

Lovely spot

Had a great stay here, the location is fantastic (right next to the boathouse pub) with beautiful views of Carrick Roads. The house is spacious, the bedrooms are well spaced apart and I didn’t realise it had 2 toilets when we booked. We loved our stay, would definitely come back.

Weekend break

Lovely comfy, spacious well equipped property and a Perfect location with a stunning view of Falmouth estuary . The boat house inn Opposite the apartment was great the food and atmosphere was amazing . Would not hesitate to return to Estuary view . Thank you Maxine 😃👏💯

Falmouth 4 night break

This property is in an ideal location for a break in Falmouth. It is not a prestige apartment if that is what you are after but very functional, comfortable and meets the needs if you need a place to get your head down and, freshen up and get out and about to enjoy the area. With two bathrooms it accommodates a family well.

We stayed at the property last year and loved it. Parking is a bonus as it can be difficult to park during the summer. It was easy to get access to the accomodation. This year was £500 more for the week, than last year, but there was a strange odour on entering the property which didnt seem to go during the stay, this was confined to the porch. Also, the floor didn't appear to have be swept. Only.minor things, I know. The rest of the propert was great. Clean bedding, kitchen and bathrooms.

Fantastic views in Falmouth

Lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage in a great location. Close to shops and restaurants in Falmouth. Very convenient location. Beautiful harbor view. Very clean and comfortable cottage. Good size kitchen with everything we needed. The bottle of wine waiting for us was a nice touch. Comfortable beds. Plush towels. Big enough space for two couples. Very happy to have a designated parking spot. Overall, a great place to stay! Highly recommend.

Awesome!

We spent one week in the apartment and it was really amazing! It is very nice, very well equipped and Falmouth High Street is within walking distance. Particularly the view is astonishing. We had a really great week there and can recommend a stay without any restrictions!

Gorgeous getaway

Great communication with owner. Great location with amazing views. The accommodation was exactly as described. It was gorgeous, very clean and extremely comfortable. We absolutely loved it I was a little anxious regarding parking as I have learnt from my previous visits to Cornwall, that parking and roads can be tight. We have a family sized car and we were able to park without any issues. The tea and coffee supplies were very much appreciated after a long journey. The bottle of wine was also a nice touch and went down very well. We would definitely recommend staying here and will be back again. Thanks Maxine and all the best for the future.

Good location to the centre of Falmouth...

Unfortunately you can hear every foot step of the neighbour above so we didn't get a lie in. Fridge door doesn't shut and froze our food, really does need replacing. Outside space is a shared walkway which wasn't clear in property description.

Just Lovely

Fantastic apartment with amazing views. Walking distance to town and beaches. We stayed in each night and cooked.Kitchen was fully equipped. Bed was very comfortable with lovely linen. We stayed over New Year and flat was decorated with Xmas decs and tree and a welcome bottle of wine. Just lovely!

Nice peaceful stay

Well located for access to Falmouth cafes and restaraunt and ferry. 30mins walk to closest beach. Spacious bedrooms and lovely terrace and view from master bedroom and living room. There is a small green around the corner which is perfect for those with a dog. Good communication from our host. We enjoyed our stay.

Great little flat

This property was perfect for us - 2 couples. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, little sitting room and kitchen. It is a great location, close to town, with parking and good for exploring the rest of Cornwall. It is a bit of an older property so can hear upstairs moving around, but we were mainly out and about anyway, so didn’t mind at all. My only recommendation is that there is a shower curtain added to the bathroom that only has a bath and shower head - to make it more useable as a second bathroom. Overall we had a great stay!

Hidden gem, highly recommend !

Great stay for our family - nice property with outdoor terrace, location in Falmouth is central & perfect for getting to cafes, bakeries, the high street and the harbour / pier for boat trips in a few minutes walk. Also close to a reasonably big Sainsburies for grocery essentials. Not far by car to great local beaches or a longer walk to beaches and to the castle / Pendennis Point. Host was awesome - answered all our queries immediately and we would love to stay again in the future 😃

Really pleasant property

Really nice little property, perfectly situated within walking distance of the really nice town! Only downside would be the parking was a little tight and inconvenient, but overall a really beautiful place to stay!

8 Estuary View

The property is ideal for our purposes combining location. comfort and perfect ground floor facilities ideal for dogs. However the holiday did not get off to a good start as the property address shown on the documentation and the website is incorrect. It was listed as 5 Beacon Street whereas it is actually 8 Estuary View, close by but it took 30 minutes to sort out and would have proved even more difficult if we hadn't stayed there before!! We attempted to contact Maxine James on the number provided but to no avail. Not acceptable really.

Friends reunited

We were a party of two couples one from the Netherlands'. The apartment is very well situated for the town and ferries. There is one allocated parking space with extra street parking out the front although it is in high demand so sometimes we had to park a couple of roads away. The views from the master bedroom and sitting room are beautiful and rest full. The kitchen is cosy but no windows. The second bedroom is designed as a children's room and although has a double bed it is very inferior to the master bedroom. The shower room/wc for that bedroom is across the kitchen and a tight fit for a 6ft3" man. The bathroom for the master bedroom was across the sitting room this has a bath with a hand held shower but no curtain or screen so cant be used as a shower. The sofas could have been vacuumed and tea caddy cleaned but the bed linen, towels sink and bathrooms were all clean. The appliances are basic but functional. The boiler broke down and needed replacing during our stay but the land lady dealt with this personally, sympathetically and effectively. Over all we had a lovely holiday .
