The beautiful finca is located not far from Pollenca, close to the beach and one of the most popular bathing bays of "Cala Sant Vicenc" on the north coast of Mallorca.
The huge garden with extensive lawns offers guests a fantastic mountain panorama while enjoying a glass of wine from the pool lounger. This is pure finca life! The house offers around 140 m² of living space on the ground floor with 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 2 with two single beds each) and 2 bathrooms (1 with a shower, 1 with a shower tray) for a total of 6 guests.
The living room, comfortably decorated with lots of wood and paintings, is equipped with satellite TV, WiFi internet and a dining table. From here there is the rustic kitchen, which also has a dining table and a dishwasher. You can spend unforgettable, cozy evenings on the covered seating terrace in front of the house with a couch corner and dining table and plenty of shade.
From here, the beautiful view of the lovingly landscaped garden and the private 10 x 6 m swimming pool (depth of 1.00 x 2.00 m) ensures the well-deserved holiday atmosphere. The sun loungers and parasols by the pool invite you to sunbathe. The location of the finca is almost unique, because from here you can reach the popular, beautiful bathing bay of "Cala Sant Vicenc" in just about 5 minutes by car. The capital Palma can be reached quickly and easily in about 45 minutes thanks to the good motorway connection. In the nearest town of Pollenca there are great restaurants and numerous bars and cafes as well as many supermarkets
