Lorsque vous entrez à Beach Haven, vous remarquez immédiatement quel détendant et serein ce condo est. Récemment rénové, situé au premier étage et à quelques pas de la plage tranquille de Ponte Vedra, il dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour vos vacances parfaites. La véranda est confortable et accueillante, assez grande pour que la famille se rassemble, ou assez calme pour faire une sieste avec le son des vagues. Les lieux de vie et de restauration sont parfaits pour les dîners familiaux, mettant ensemble un puzzle tout en regardant l'océan changer de couleurs tout au long de la soirée. Beach Haven est vraiment un foyer loin de chez soi.

Love it!

Beautiful condo equipped with everything you need. We rented this condo for our family vacation, 4 adults and 3 kids. Loved the parking garage below. There is also a storage area in the garage with everything you need for the beach. We have been coming to Ponte Vedra Beach for 10 years now and love the feel of the community. The beach is never crowded and we feel safe staying here. Kendra is always pleasant to work with.

We had such a great week at the beach. The condo was equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Loved the decor and the condo was very clean. We had such a comfortable stay and you can't beat the location. We would definitely book this condo again!!

Make this property a yearly tradition

This was our second stay in this property and it was even more amazing and well-appointed than during our last stay. This property is decorated with the luxury touches you would not expect to find in a rental. It is clear that the owners took great care in selecting the nicest decor, linens, dishware, furniture, etc. The condo was clean and had everything we could possibly need during the week-long stay. We love this area because the beaches are not crowded at all, it's not congested with traffic and there are amazing restaurants within a few minutes from the property. We've already decided we want to stay here again next year and plan to book that visit soon. Kendra provided great communication, and because everything went so smoothly and was in such great shape, we never needed to reach out during our trip. Thank you to the property owners for sharing your lovely home with us! We made great vacation memories here.

THIS PLACE HAS EVERYTHING!

The condo is extremely appointed with very high end furnishings. The kitchen has everything you need if you plan on cooking a lot. We received a very nice chocolate gift basket that was golf themed for THE PLAYERS. The ocean is a big plus for walking on the beach. The open windows on the lanai lets you hear the ocean waves. My only complaint is the extensive check out list you need to perform before you leave (i.e. wash and put all dishes away, wash and put all clean towels away, empty all trash) Only thing you don't need to do is the bedsheets. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect beach getaway!

This condo was fantastic. Beautiful property, decorated wonderfully, and has everything you and your family could need for a week of fun. None of my kids wanted to leave. Would 100% book again. So many utensils in the kitchen, games, toys, books, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. Look no further. We can’t wait to come back again.

Perfect PVB Propery

From start to finish this experience was superb. Kendra was wonderful to work with and so accommodating. The condo was beautiful, perfectly organized, incredibly clean and came with every amenity you could think of. Hypnotic ocean front view coupled with an ideal location and five-star decor made this stay perfection.

Location is perfect

Condo is nicely furnished and feels more like a home than a rental property (as stated by others several times). The location is at the end of all the other condo buildings/Ponte Vedra Inn so the beach is less crowded. Chairs, toys, games, it is all there! We had 4 adults and 2 kids and it was a perfect size. The kitchen had everything and more that you could possibly need. If unfamiliar with Ponte Vedra/Jacksonville Beach, please also know that this condo is located to hundreds of restaurants, stores, grocery stores, etc. Thanks to Kendra for being extra responsive and accommodating for our last minute beach getaway.

Beautiful beach condo

Our family of five loved this condo! Kendra was friendly, responsive and extremely easy to work with. The condo is gorgeous and we appreciated all of the little touches - sound machines, super comfy beds, extra blankets, plenty of beach towels, etc. Beautiful view and unbeatable beach access. We will be back!!

Perfect Condo - On Beach - Great Location

If I had to decorate and stock a condo at a beach this would be it. Perfect floor plan, open to great views of the beach, from the bedroom and living room/kitchen. Fantastic kitchen - great appliances, counter top, cabinets, all top of line. Close to all the great restaurants of Ponte Vedra and less than 45 minute drive to St. Augustine.

Beautiful place!

We loved this place-- it does not feel like most rentals, it feels like someone's nice home. The decor and furniture is beautiful and the little touches make it special--wonderful mattresses, high-quality sheets, nice soaps and cleaning supplies, quality pots and kitchen utensils, etc. Would stay here again!

Beach Haven - lovin' it

Beach Haven was the perfect place for our family vacation. So welcoming, spacious and enough room for solitude and family time. Great access to the beach, shopping and Sawgrass. Fantastic!

Very relaxing. Very convenient to the beach. Property manager is very accommodating.

Beautifully decorated. Kitchen fully furnished. Beds very comfortable. Relaxing ocean view and porch. I would go back in a minute!

Great Week with Friends!

What a great place to stay! My friends and I arrived at Beach Haven for the week of TPC. The property manager even added a little touch to the condo by providing a gift basket of goodies! With the condo being minutes away from the tournament it was a perfect location. The condo is beautifully decorated giving you a very comfortable and homey vibe! My friends and I were able to spend the day at the golf tournament and were able to come home afterwards and have a cocktail on the lanai! I truly loved this place and I can not wait to come back!

Perfect Vacation!

Beach Haven was the perfect condo for our family! We had our two little ones with us, and we were so close to the beach it was amazing! The condo was very clean, spacious and well organized. Everything has been updated, and the kitchen etc. was stocked with everything we needed. Restaurants and shopping were close by. Our children especially liked having their own bedroom and bath away from Mom and Dad all with their own TV! Kendra was great with restaurant suggestions and shopping ideas. Thank you for everything and we will be back!
