Atlantic Star est une maison unique en son genre directement sur la plage! La maison est un 4B / 4Ba avec une cour arrière privée. Idéalement situé entre le Ponte Vedra Inn & Club de renommée mondiale, ainsi que le Lodge and Cabana Club. TPC Sawgrass (domicile du championnat des joueurs) est à seulement un mile! Des dizaines de boutiques et de restaurants à proximité également. St. Augustine est également située à 30 minutes au sud. Venez voir tout ce que le nord de la Floride ensoleillé a à offrir!

Son’s Wedding

We were there for our son’s wedding and this place was great! Right on the beach and the deck was great! Everything there we could ever want and so family friendly. Great stay and we lucked out with the weather!

Comfort, Views, Location

Atlantic Star is a cozy yet large beach property on a gorgeous stretch of the Atlantic. Enjoying late afternoons and evenings on the patio overlooking the ocean is a true joy. The easy walk to the beach is a plus for people with children as wells older adults. The enclosed front garden makes the house very private. We had a great two weeks here with adult children and grandchildren.

Lovely home right on beach 4 Br 4 bath perfect layout for our 2 children spouses and 2 grandkids So well decorated like old southern beach house Loved the kitchen with double sinks so much light easy to work in. We have family in the area who loved visiting us here. Will be back and can't say enough great things about Kendra so responsive to all our questions and needs

Relaxing Getaway

Beautiful "beachy" luxury home. We each had our individual space and a beautiful family gathering room that looked out to the beautiful sunrises and ocean. It was so relaxing and had all the amenities that we hoped it would have. Just excellent! We briefly met the property manager who was awesome. Very very happy with this property.

Thanksgiving

My two sons, their wives and children flew into Jacksonville to celebrate Thanksgiving week with my wife of 53 years and me. What better place to celebrate the magnificent wonders and gifts of our Creator than to experience, each morning, awe inspiring sun rises, a seemingly endless horizon, the vast wide and clean sandy beach while listening to the sound of surf from a beautiful house on Ponte Vedra Beach !!

So much better than the pictures!

Our family stayed at Atlantic Star recently and we were blown away by it--the photos don't do it justice. First, it is so close to the beautiful beach--the deck furniture is comfortable and the ocean view is wonderful. The view from the spacious ocean view living room is stupendous! It is much larger than it looks in the photos and so comfy--there are swivel chairs in front of the windows, so amazing. There is another living room behind the oceanfront living room--this living room is also so spacious and comfortable (with tv, xfinity cable, and fireplace). Ample dining room with views (8 top table), and the bar seats more, along with a mini-fridge behind the bar and much glassware. There's a lovely 4-top table in the oceanfront living room, where we put together puzzles and played games that are plentifully provided. Kitchen was well-stocked with platters, bowls, utensils. Bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. There's a high fence around the front yard for privacy with lush landscaping. Plentiful beach chairs, boogie boards, too. Most of all, Kendra Jordan is a rock star; she took such good care of us! I fully recommend the Atlantic Star, and thank Kendra for her kindness and communication skills. Enjoy! Surfs up!

Yearly Family Vacation

This is my third year renting in Ponte Vedra for a family beach vacation. The house was good for us, since it’s one level and we have a 2 yr old and a newborn. We were 7 adults and 2 children. We saw dolphins and sharks every morning. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped We had a wonderful time.

BETTER THAN THE PICTURES!

This house couldn't have been more perfect! During our stay, we had a drop in for my Mom's 90th birthday and everyone that came commented about how wonderful the house was. The view is better than spectacular! The cleanliness was way above anything I expected. Kendra is a pleasure to work with! The openness of this house is perfect for families and small gatherings. The windows along the back of this home offer a view that you have to experience for yourself. There's a reason this house stays booked solid. We were fortunate to book this week due to a cancelation- which is very rare. This is the first time booking a VRBO that the property was better than pictured and described in the listing! Thank you Kendra and everyone that maintains this home!!

Amazing Ocean view from anywhere in the main house!!

Wonderful Stay

This is a beautiful home with a great location. It also has a fenced in yard if you bring your pet. The home is nicely furnished and Kendra is very responsive to any questions. We hope to return in the future!

Great cozy, beautiful home perfect for a family reunion !

This home and it’s property manager are just the best ! Kendra was attentive and helpful from moment one and accommodated our every need and question. The two living rooms are such a smart idea for a large family gathering so everyone has a place to hang and enjoy games, spectacular ocean virws, watch a football game or just relax. Pets friendly and family friendly. Great fun kitchen - big table - comfy cozy beds- linens, towels , dish ware , cookware - it’s all there - everything we needed. We will be back!!!

Family Fall Beach Trip

Great beach front home in a super location in Ponte Vedra. Kind of a 70's motif, but very nice and a great layout for a family as home has two wings (with studies) that provide a lot of privacy.
