"Sea La Vie" - Nouvelle inscription !!

Lorsque vous entrez dans "Sea La Vie", vous remarquerez immédiatement à quel point le condo est confortable et relaxant. Situé directement sur la plage de Ponte Vedra, les vues sur les levers de soleil et l'océan sont tout simplement incroyables.

Le salon dispose de nombreux sièges confortables pour tous, et le coin repas et bar attenant est parfait pour un délicieux dîner en famille tout en écoutant les sons de l'océan. Il y a aussi une grande télévision à écran plat ... parfait pour une nuit de films en famille! À travers les portes françaises, le salon s'ouvre sur votre grande véranda. La véranda est équipée de portes et écrans coulissants en verre pour laisser entrer la nuit. Tout en faisant un puzzle sur la table de jeu ou en lisant un livre préféré. La plage est accessible depuis la véranda, juste en bas de quelques marches et vous pouvez sentir le sable sous vos pieds!

La chambre principale fait également face à l'océan et a des portes qui peuvent être ouvertes sur la véranda. Réveillez-vous avec le lever du soleil et le bruit des vagues juste en dessous de vous. La salle de bain attenante vient d'être rénovée et offre deux lavabos et une grande douche à l'italienne.

La 2e chambre se trouve à l'avant du condo avec sa propre salle de bain rénovée juste en face du couloir. Toutes les chambres ont des téléviseurs à écran plat supplémentaires pour votre usage.

Vous avez faim de la plage? Vous trouverez une cuisine bien équipée, avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour créer un pique-nique tout en recherchant des dents de requin. Votre laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur sont juste à côté de la cuisine pour toutes les serviettes de plage humides.

A beautiful place. Being on the second floor was not expected and circular steps to the beach were not great for a couple of 80 year olds. Sunrises were beautiful. Well appointed condo.

Mayo surgery and recovery

Beautiful property. We had to leave after our first week due to a tragic death in our family. But, it was a absolutely beautiful place to stay. Thank you and we hope to get back for a fun trip.

Perfect vacation

Sea La Vie was the most amazing condo! Our family of 5 (including 3 teenagers) had plenty of room in this beautiful, well stocked, clean home. Kendra was beyond accommodating and easy to work with. Waking up to the views of the beach and ocean couldn’t have been more amazing. I would recommend Sea La Vie to everyone who is looking for the best place to stay in Ponte Vedra Beach!

Home Away From Home

This was our first stay on the East coast of Florida and we really liked it. The condo was exactly as the pictures portrayed but nicer because of its location, proximity to the ocean, and its furnishings. Relaxing on the lanai while reading a book, watching the sunrise, or just listening to the ocean was perfect. Everything that you would need for an enjoyable vacation is here, including a very responsive host.

Great location to Mayo Clinic

It was a very homey condo, decorated well. Very safe surroundings. The Ponte Vedra area is wonderful. It wasn't very good access to the beach and being in our 70's going down the spiral staircase was a little unsafe, but we enjoyed our stay.

It was such a pleasure renting this gorgeous condo from Kendra. Beautifully decorated and in a fantastic location. Kendra was an absolute pleasure to work with. Super responsive and got back to us practically in real time when we had questions. Would love to rent from her again!

2nd Time Around - Perfect

This is our 2nd year coming to this condo because we loved it so much last year. The location offers a beautiful panoramic view of the beach and ocean. Dolphins in the morning and evening and Pelican patrols all day. Walking the beach every morning is amazing. Our stay was great and we would do it again. Kendra is an amazing property manager. She keeps in touch and is always making sure we are comfortable. The cleaning crew is fantastic and does a truly deep clean. The pictures are a true representation of the property!

Ponte Vedra Condo

Compact but very clean, well appointed condo on a nice part of Ponte Vedra Beach, and close to lots of amenities (unlike some of the beachfront properties farther south). Great for couples or small families. Would definitely book again.

Great condo

We try to make it to Ponte Vedra Beach every year. Its our favorite beach and has been for decades. We have never been in September, and it was perfect therapy. The condo was nicely upgraded. We rented multiple condos in the breakers in the past, and they were great too, but this was the first condo we ever rented with AC on the porch (lanai). The furniture on the porch was also fantastic and much nicer than the usual. We were able to meet several full time residents of other condos in the building and they were delightful. Kendra, the manager, was great as always. We hated to leave, and hope to be back soon.

Perfect escape

Our family enjoyed our getaway at the beach. The location was perfect. We were right on the beach and enjoyed the gorgeous view of the ocean with our morning coffee. Everything was clean and well-stocked. We had a great week and highly recommend this property to others.

Great experience all around

Beautiful view of the ocean, easy access to the beach. The condo was clean and the check-in and check-out instructions were simple and accurate. Very user friendly space and convenient to A1A. We would definitely rent again!

What a perfect spot in the world.

What an outstanding place to have a vacation. The view of the ocean and dolphins was great. Unit looked exactly like the pictures. The Lanai was accessible from both the living room and Master. We were there 3rd week in June and the beach had very few people on it. I am guessing it is that way most of the time. While this unit didn't allow pets, the beach was very pet friendly. Only thing we would do different is groceries seemed expensive. We would fill the cooler with more stuff before we got there. We will be back again for sure.

Perfect Beach Getaway

If location is everything, this one is perfect. Set on a beautiful and quiet area of Ponte Vedra Beach, just steps from the sand. The condo itself was furnished beautifully with comfortable beds and places to lounge, and smart TVs in each room. We did a good amount of cooking during our stay, and the kitchen was a perfect size and had everything we needed. All in all we would absolutely stay here again and hated leaving. The entire process was easy, and when we reached out to Kendra a couple times, she was always available and incredibly responsive and accommodating. This was start to finish a wonderful experience.

Amazing place

Our family loved the location and the place. It was in perfect shape and great views with easy access to the beach. Our son just returned from medical work in Africa and we were able to spend some quiet time together. Thanks for opening the home to us.

Comfortable, homey & well equipped condo to make our week very enjoyable!

We liked the condo on the site but wasn’t sure until we actually went to it and found it to be exactly as advertised! It’s very nicely decorated and comfortable. To sit on the back porch and open the windows to enjoy the beautiful views and ocean breeze was heavenly!! To just step down the ladder to the beach was so easy and convenient. The private beach was the best part; no overcrowding or fighting for a spot! We highly recommend this condo and we will return to use it again some day. Kendra was wonderful to work with. She lives near and came quickly if needed!

Very comfortable.

Enjoyed my 2 month stay. Clean with comfortable beds. Well furnished. Management quick to respond but did not need them except occasionally for minor issues. Highly recommend this unit!

Charming!

My sister and I decided that we needed a relaxing vacation! When booking we came across this charming condo in Ponte Vedra Beach. The views were fantastic and the location was perfect! When traveling its hard to find a place to stay that provides everything (pots, pans, washer/dryer, and etc). This condo provided everything that my sister and I needed. I cant't wait to come back next year and bring my family with me!
