The bedrooms are serviced by two shower rooms and a ground-floor bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen, a dining room, a utility, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a first-floor sitting room. Outside, there is off-road parking for five cars and gardens. Roseburn is a superb base for exploring the delights of this part of Perth and Kinross. Pet supplement of ÂŁ25 per pet applies
