Le salon comprend un canapé confortable, une cheminée à gaz, une télévision à écran plat et des portes-fenêtres s'ouvrant sur la cour avant et sur le patio arrière. Lorsque vous ouvrez les portes, vous faites vraiment partie de votre environnement extérieur dans cette incroyable maison.

First Time in Wine Country

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was lovely but we had so much trouble getting the exact location because the links they sent us didn't work. We then got the information and the code didn't work because the battery was dead. The property manager got a bit curt when I told her how many times we called for rental information. It was upsetting. She did try to make up for it and we appreciated that but it was not a good situation since traveling so far and for our friends first visit to this regiong.

River Oasis

Excellent redwood retreat in an ideal and bucolic setting in the town of Guerneville. Spent the week here with my wife and the house was ideal for what we were looking for. Property is in great condition and well-maintained. Check-in was seamless and property management was very responsive and knowledgeable. Loved the outdoor area and the pool, especially given the hotter days during our stay. Perfect for cooling off after hiking the Armstrong SNR just up the road. Great proximity to the Russian River, Bodega Bay and Sebastopol. 10/10.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This stay was to celebrate my daughters 25th birthday. Overall the stay was good, as we made the best of it. There were some issues that was not rectified by the management Co. but could not be ignored. I am requesting a 20% refund. Please see below. Looking forward to hearing from you. 1. outdoor sauna did not work2. hole in center of kitchen, covered by a carpet and unavoidable (trip hazard) 3. unable to use livingroom TV the first night (husband had to reconnect cords correctly)4. fireplace did not work5. main bedroom shower cold for 10 mins6. outdoor heater did not turn off. had to check every 2 hrs to insure safety. fire hazard7. pool resurfacing needed, creating a dangerous area on the bottom and sides of pool 8. water feature outside main bedroom did not work9. TV in main bedroom obstructed by bed frame, unable to view entire screen. did not use10. shower in main bedroom required deeper cleaning

Nice Property - 8.5 / 10

We stayed here for an anniversary trip and overall had a nice time. The property is very beautiful and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the very nice kitchen, living room fireplace, and back patio w/ an excellent heater. The pool was also nice but not heated (as advertised in the listing). We stayed at end of June and a few of the days it was warm enough to be in the pool in the afternoon; some days it was too cold. The spa is nice but we could not fully remove the cover, so we only used one-half of it. (The handle to remove the cover was broken.) The front patio is very pretty and a great place for morning coffee. The gas firepit was not working, however. The location is beautiful and quiet, while very close to both downtown Guerneville and Armstrong Woods. Power outages are somewhat common here; we had an outage the day after we arrived. We also had difficulty with the TVs/ entertainment - the connection kept going out. Property management was super helpful, quick and responsive on all our issues (thank you, Montana). We enjoyed some of the amazing wineries in the area and outdoor dining in Guerneville. Would stay here again.

Home away from Home

What a relaxing home! Everything was great. The sauna needs some love but overall the residence was just what we needed to relax. Located near so many wonderful wineries and restaurants made stepping out easy and if we wanted to cook in we had just about everything we needed....and we didn't our host did everything she could to take care of us. We'll be back to this one again!

Lovely Adult Getaway

perfect for seeing old friends

friends of years getting together to enjoy one another's company. Lovely spot, hot tub excellent temperature, kitchen and common area ideal, comfortable beds and good wifi connections. Feels like there's no one around at all with the private back yard and gated front area. We drove to the coast and up to wine country. Thanks for providing a place to land!

Convenient Guerneville location

There was an issue in the kitchen. Floor boards were warped and spongy most likely due to the water leak from the fridge. This created a tripping hazard in the kitchen, the property manager was very responsive. A rug was adhered to the floor to "try" and minimize the tripping issue. The backyard was lovely, surrounded by trees and very comfortable. The front yard was also lovely and was prefect for a glass of wine around the fire pit. I wish they had provided more bath and kitchen towels. We stayed for 5 nights and were only provided 2 bath towels per person. There were only 2 tea towels in the kitchen. Seating for TV watching was very inconvenient. Overall the location was GREAT for visiting the Russian River area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived late so the checkin was super easy and they had the lights on for us with welcome snacks/water. The home is decorated nicely, bed comfy but was small when you are used to sleeping on a king. After a long day touring/driving Napa it was nice to relax in the hot tub and refresh with plunge in the pool. The sauna did not work for us so that was disappointing. Kitchen was well appointed. In town there are nice restaurants and a grocery store. Drove to Jenner and saw the beautiful Pacific coast.

Perfect Base for Exploring Sonoma County

We had a wonderful time exploring Sonoma County, especially the northern half: the Russian River, Alexander and Dry Creek Valleys, as well as the Sonoma Coast and the towns of Guerneville, Healdsburg and Sonoma. The nearby Armstrong Redwoods park was the icing on the cake: Muir Woods without the crowds! The house had every amenity we could ask for. We loved the pool, the front yard fire table and the indoor fireplace. We didn’t use either the sauna or hot tub, mainly because we had so much else to enjoy in the home and the area! Although the lot is not very big and has other homes adjacent, we enjoyed total privacy in both front and back yards. The only imperfection was that the electric heater in the back patio dining area didn’t work. The owner promptly issued a credit for this. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at River Oasis again and would heartily recommend it for one or two couples who want to enjoy all that northern Sonoma County has to offer - or even to hole up and enjoy this wonderful home!

Perfect House

Perfect house for two couples. The backyard is an oasis and the house is well equipped. The management team was a delight to work with, super responsive and really nice. Can’t wait to come back!

Have stayed in River Oasis twice befre, last time 4 years ago, there were a few glitches. This time everything was perfect, We walked in and went "WOW" -it looked great, new hot tub, new TVs. Our stay was sublime - even the weather was terrific. It's a perfect house for a perfect vacation.

Quiet Retreat

Enjoyed the stay. We liked the house, however it was a little distance to get to the wineries that we wanted to visit. We never used the pool because it was not heated. That was disappointing. However, we enjoyed the hot tub. The town did not have much to offer for nice dining and shops. Healdsburg had nicer restaurants and shops and closer to the wineries.

This place has everything one could want - pool, hottub, sauna, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, gas grill, outdoor shower. Indoors are clean and well-maintained with AC, full kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms. Surrounded by huge trees full of large birds' nests. Looking forward to a return visit!
