What a fantastic property and location. We were a family party of 10, including a toddler and grandparents. The villa was perfect for us, all bedrooms were comfortable and clean on arrival. Pool was amazing, as was the garden and outdoor seating areas. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk, with a good choice of beach bars / clubs. The team at Sunmarbella are excellent too, always on hand to answer any queries we had before and during the stay. We will certainly be looking to book again.

We were a family of 12 ranging from ages 7 to 75. The villa was perfect for what we needed and a great place for us to all come together. The pool was a good size and the younger kids especially enjoyed splashing about for hours. The kitchen was well stocked, the space flowed well and there was space for us all to be together. The Sunmarbella team were very atttentive and supportive. We would stay there again.

On the occasion of our 50th wedding anniversary, we went on holiday in Marbella for a week. Our whole family (9pp) enjoyed the weather, the beautiful surroundings and the great villa. Dragos' service is excellent, he helps where he can and is always easy to reach. An absolute must !

Fantastic family villac

Fantastic villa everything you need for a family holiday! Layout of the villa is prefect with two bedrooms downstairs ideal for young children and parents! Upstairs rooms all have a balcony off the bedroom. Master bedroom is big with big en-suite. There is a laundry room and shower room downstairs if needed. Pool table and sitting room great for time out! Kitchen fully equipped, massive gas BBQ table and chairs on a very attractive terrace over looking the pool. Pool has steps going into it perfect for children or those less mobile. Location fab 5 mins walk to supermarket, tapas bar, coffee shop, bar and restaurant in one direction then 5 mins walk to the beach in the other direction with an abundance of superb bars and restaurants! The sun Marbella team were brilliant

Our entire family from young to old enjoyed staying at this home. There are many options to spend the day along the beach (a downhill 8 minute walk), which means an uphill walk when returning but tolerable. It was a great base for touring the surrounding areas for those that like to explore. The space has private areas and communal areas depending on what you like to do. We loved the big kitchen and spent most of out time sitting outside on the patio for meals. The birds there are quite people friendly ??.I would highly recommend. The owner was very responsive to our requests, which was great. Just beware that there is 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms upstairs so the line to showers can get long. The shower there has old plumbing and sometimes had a ugly odor but they did come to clean it when we complained about it. The master bedroom is perfect with a huge ensuite bathroom though.

The villa was exactly as in the pictures (if not even better!), incredibly clean and couldn’t have asked for more. The pool was a bit cold but great for the hot days so we didn’t mind. Check in and check out was great and Dragos answered any questions we had quickly. It is a 10 minute drive from Marbella (about €8 Uber) and a short walk to a beautiful beach. Would highly recommend for large groups! Would love to come again.

Ottima location

Bella Villa, comoda per visitare la zona e ben servita. Vicina alle spiagge per giornate in relax, vicina alle principali vie di comunicazione per visitare Città e fare shopping. Ottima posizione per i golfisti che hanno decine di campi a disposizione.

Vi hade en underbar vecka i huset. Mycket fint med trädgården och mysigt runt poolen.Vi använde grillen och köket dagligen och det fungerade perfekt. Spännande kvällar vid biljardbordet och Cavatimme varje dag i Cava Loungen. Nära till stranden och restaurangerna som låg där och som hade god mat. Det behövdes bil för att åka till mataffärerna och för annan shopping. Huset passar nog bäst för ett gäng vänner än för småbarnsfamiljer. Sun Marbella som hyrde ut huset var serviceinriktade och fanns alltid till hands. Vi rekommenderar att hyra detta fina hus!

What can I say… Dragos always goes above and beyond to help and assist. The villa was beautiful. Great location, great amenities, great everything. The pool is a decent size. Adults can do lengths whilst the kids can play at the shallow steps. Perfect for us. The beddings provided was superb. And we couldn’t have been happier with the stay here. We will be back!!
