"Texas Teal House" est l'endroit idéal pour être à Port Aransas! Cette maison confortable est "en ville" et à proximité du ferry, des restaurants, de la réserve naturelle et de la plage! Le complexe a un bel aménagement paysager côtier et une magnifique piscine d'eau salée. Il y a beaucoup de place pour les amis et la famille à se réunir - avec trois chambres plus un espace de couchage supplémentaire et trois salles de bains et demie. Cette maison a 2 chauffe-eau, donc il y a toujours assez d'eau chaude! Il est décoré pour refléter la beauté et le confort de Port Aransas. Il y a aussi un nouveau gril à gaz! Great place

Very clean and ready for check in! The only complaint is that the grills were dirty! We couldn’t cook on them.

Perfect Vacay!

Will definitely stay here again! Straight shot to and from the ferry, walking distance to some restaurants/stores! Convenient location to everything! Adults/teenagers all slept comfortably and condo was perfectly equipped!!!

Great Location good Size

Originally was just gonna have my family but had room for my sister and her family to join us. Walking distance from a bunch of places or Rent a cart and park it in the garage and drive places.

Amazingly Peaceful

The property was nice and spacious. There were 2 couples a teenage boy and a toddler. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The bedrooms were spacious. The bed in the master ensuite was very comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful but conveniently located near restaurants. Would definitely here again.restaurants and stores.

Friends weekend

The house is very spacious and a great set up for bigger groups. Very clean, except the outside grill was dirty. The parking is very limited, especially if you have a bigger vehicle. Great location to walk to most of the popular bars & restaurants.

Perfect!

This property was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room and amenities. The house was clean and well staged. Property is not that far from the beach either. We were able to ride our bikes there with ease. Property management responses to our inquiries were very timely. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Family or Group Getaway

This property is spacious and in a great location. It is central to restaurants, activities, shopping and the beach. Yet, tucked away in a quiet community off the main path to reduce noise and traffic. The pool on the property is a very nice amenity. There are plenty of books, games, cards and TVs to entertain a crowd. The main living is upstairs, so I would not recommend it if you struggle with your joints or climbing stairs. The views are limited. But still a great place to stay at an affordable price. I’d highly recommend it and stay there again myself.

Great family vacay house!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was super clean and even still smelled “newly built” when we first walked in! The two levels of the house allowed for guests to have privacy and spread out. The house NEVER felt cramped with 10 people. The master bedroom/bathroom was super spacious and the 2nd bedroom upstairs was a very good size too! Loved the electric grill outside on the 2nd floor balcony and didn’t even have to use the bigger one on the deck in the backyard. Plenty of bathrooms space for all guests. The community pool was VERY nice too! No complaints at all with this rental. We will definitely be back.

Great place but a little tight on parking

Unit is a 3 bedroom and supposed to accommodate 8 to 10 people. We had issues with trying to park 3 vehicles as to there was not enough room (neighbors had same issue). As for the property it was really clean and nice. Only negative was parking.

Townhome was nice & clean and located close to several nice restaurants

Located in the center of town in Port Aransas, this townhouse has plenty of room for up to 10 guests. The 2 bedrooms, living room & kitchen upstairs are nice and spacious, however the bedroom downstairs is small and shares a bathroom with whomever sleeps on the extra pullout bed. Would recommend giving the kids the downstairs if they can be trusted not to sneak out at night. We weren’t too thrilled with the view from the balcony (overlooking a RV park) however it wasn’t terrible. The park was clean and quiet. The community pool is nice, but can quickly become crammed with too many guests. Also would recommend adding restrooms to the pool area. This place is probably best for a younger group of people, as constantly navigating the tall / steep staircase can become tedious & tiresome. Management was great and very courteous & helpful with anything we needed.

Broken Bed!!!

Broken bed We had to sleep on a broken bed during our whole stay. I guess the owner chose not to fix or replace while we were there. Very uncomfortable!!!

Better than I expected!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house, incredibly clean. Nice location within walking distance to so much. We rented a golf cart but could have skipped it and walked. The only downside was the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the sheets were scratchy, but that's a minor inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again but might bring my own sheets :)

Nice but not for me

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was nice enough. Suited my party of 7 adults and one child very well. Management was very nice. The toaster oven did not work, the grill was a bit dirty so we ckeaned it as not to be charged for this, and we had to basically do most of the clean up. I will probably rent 3 hotel rooms next time as it would have been more economical, better location, and less hassle. Just was not for me. Perhaps someone else might feel differently.

Excellent Stay at the Texas Teal House LP#

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow. Just wow. The condo was CLEAN and looked/felt brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable. I loved sitting on the balcony and looking out over Old Town Port A. Yes, there is an RV park, but it was not as bad a view as reported. Lovely neighborhood - we took a couple of walks. Port A Escapes were so professional and courteous - and easy to get in touch with, not that I needed to! I highly recommend this spot.
