Whatabeach House is true to its name. More than a beach house; it's an experience. This modern and coastal finished home offers 4BR/3BA, sleeping 12 comfortably, a well-stocked chef's kitchen and dining space for everyone. Open and spacious living offers a dry bar, perfect for mixing your fave beach drink, and large sofa to kick back after a day of fishing or beaching. 2 King EnSuites, Queen Rm, Bunk Rm, Pool, Putting Green, Cabana Bar, EV Charger and a short drive to the beach. Whatabeach House, off Cut Off Rd, which is also Ave G, is a straight shot to the beach by about 6 blocks. Location is prime! Quick access to the beach, Old Town, Marina, Ferry, Shopping, Eateries, Entertainment, Live Music. Easy to park 4 vehicles, boat parking is allowed, and it is in the golf cart zone.
You will know you are at the right place when you see the Whatabeach House painted fence! The oversized front deck will welcome you and you'll linger just a bit to catch a nice sunset view if you arrive at that time.
Go on in to the main room which offers an oversized sofa for all of the family and friends to kick back and watch a large 65" Smart TV with soundbar and Apple TV, mix a drink or 2 at the dry bar, pull out some board/card games and enjoy your vacation with a perfect mix of luxury, amenities and relaxation!
For the chef's, this beautiful and well stocked kitchen has everything you need and want to prep, cook, serve and dine! For those who like to watch, the kitchen island offers bar seating. Morning coffee is ready with both k cup and drip coffee maker. The large dining table seats everyone comfortably and beautifully with natural light streaming in from all of the windows.
Make your way down the hallway to all of the named bedrooms (we will leave those names for you to find when you arrive): king suite with private bath, another king suite with private bath, a super cute and fun 3 tiered, double bunk bed room, queen room, and guest/hall bath. - Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStayâs approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
