Livy It Up est l'unité que vous et votre famille recherchez! Cette grande unité dispose de 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains, un ascenseur, beaucoup d'espace pour la famille et une vue magnifique sur l'océan.

Le duplex comporte trois niveaux. Le niveau supérieur comprend une suite principale surdimensionnée avec un petit canapé-lit (idéal pour les petits enfants si les parents le souhaitent à proximité!) et une grande salle de bain principale avec douche personnalisée. La buanderie est également à ce niveau. Il y a un accès au pont du troisième étage - idéal pour prendre le soleil et regarder l'océan à vol d'oiseau. Le deuxième étage a le salon principal; une grande cuisine ouverte et salle à manger et salon en bord de mer. Il y a beaucoup de places assises dans le salon pour les films, une grande table pour manger ou jouer à des jeux! En dehors de la salle de séjour se trouve un spacieux pont en front de mer, parfait pour votre café du matin ou pour profiter de la brise du soir. Il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon pour un sommeil supplémentaire pour votre groupe! Cet étage a également une chambre avec un lit queen et une grande salle de bain complète. Il y a aussi une salle de bain à cet étage pour votre commodité. Le niveau du sol a deux autres chambres, une avec un lit queen, l'autre avec deux jumeaux et une salle de bains "Jack et Jill". Il y a aussi un accès au patio arrière au niveau du sol et au passage pour la plage. L'unité dispose d'un ascenseur et d'un parking pour 4 voitures. Nice house

This house had the best equipped kitchen we’ve had at any beach rental. Plenty of pots , pans, knives, cooking tools, and tableware. There was enough space. Located north of the Kure Beach pier put us closer to grocery shopping and the Carolina Beach boardwalk. Access to the beach was great. We also enjoyed relaxing on the covered deck.

Not up to our standards

The 1/2 bath didn’t work - found out after use. The downstairs smells like a dog and a dog has scratched the inside of door. Dishes left in dishwasher from previous tenants. Outside trash bins were full, so we had no place to put our garbage. Dryer took 4 runs before cloths dried The beds were not made, there were no blankets, there wasn’t toilet paper for each bathroom. It didn’t meet our standards.

Loved the views but house needs TLC

The house was nice and we all enjoyed our stay. The views from the family room and deck were beautiful. However, the house was not clean when we arrived and it was too late to connect agent to get cleaning crew back. May be a good idea to make sure all cleaning equipment is in working condition as the vacuum at After Dune Delight was missing the rollers and not picking up anything from the floors. Maintenance came quickly and replaced the vacuum. The house needs a good review of all the Beds, Appliances, missing light bulbs and toilets, especially the Stove top burners & oven thermometer and Dryer; all the beds probably need new mattresses, as they were all sagging. I wish there was a larger pot in kitchen for cooking pasta and seafood, and lids for the pots but we made due with what was in cupboard. Elevator worked for one day only, not too much of a problem, but would have been nice to have the convenience of it for spouse who has some trouble walking as the stairs were challenging. Overall the house had what we needed for our stay, plenty of space and games for all of us to spread out.

TLC Needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really don't want my review to be posted. Instead, I would like it to go directly to the owner, please. There was NO place to store clothing in 2nd floor master. For 1 week, my clothes were on the floor and in my suitcase. Ridiculous. Adjoining bath, had a terrible shower head. Could not be adjusted and did not hit either of us with water. Water sprayed on the door and front panel, spraying the floor. Kitchen needed a thorough cleaning and more equipment. I tried to clean the water/ice dispenser. It was filthy. Elevator was helpful for one member. We chose the site due to elevator. Intercoastal was wonderful to work with but we did not contact them for problems because we were on vacation!!. Additionally, the third floor AC did not cool the floor. Very hot. We liked the location. The house has great potential and good bones but needs TLC from owners. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was the perfect size for our group of six. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything one could need except maybe an extra large pot. Wireless worked well. Owners need to update outdoor furniture and beach chairs. No soap or other extras provided. Ice maker didn't work. Intracoastal responded quickly to other maintenence requests.

Family Birthday

We enjoyed our weekend on the beach! The house is very nicely decorated with plenty of space for a family gathering. The master suite was the whole top floor, with a large, wrap around, private balcony. Having a garage certainly helps with parking. The main balcony outdoor furniture could use some upgrading, but overall, I would recommend staying here, The views are amazing...

Great location, dirty

The house was not cleaned at all, certainly not disinfected for COVID-19. The toilets were not even flushed. No one could be reached at Intracoastal and none of the prompts for after hour service would even take a message. I left message on line for owner. We had to buy cleaning supplies and clean ourselves. The next day someone from Intracoastal tried to tell me it had been inspected and sanitized for COVID-19. Housekeeping finally came but of course it was sort of pointless. On the positive side the house is very comfortable and tasteful and in a great location. The owner should find another management company

Some good some bad

When we arrived the electronic lock was broken and the property manager did not have keys. Fortunately we found an unlocked window otherwise, I don't know what would have happened. The stove, microwave and refrigerator all had some problems but functioned sufficiently. In the listing was a charcoal grill but there was not one and the property manager would not supply one. The outdoor shower and hose were very disappointing and that led to a sandy house. On the positive, the house is well laid out, the kitchen is big, many bathrooms, good living room furniture, quiet, and the beach was lovely. Hopefully they will solve the maintenance problems and this will be a good listing.

Reviewer Comments: Interacostal staff was awesome only wished the condition of the house was awesome. windows on the main area seal was broken so the view of the beach, well there was none. Walls were worn and dirty. Master shower needed attention especially the glass. My guest were freezing downstairs bc the ac would not cool down the 3rd floor. I was embarrassed when my guest arrived.

Nice Place - Mediocre Management

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Livy It Up is a nice place. Right on the beach. Nice views of the ocean. Comfortable for the 6 people we had. But management left a lot to be desired. The place was dirty - floors were dirty, the place needed a dusting, the windows had been washed, but they were left so smeary that I bet they were easier to see through before they were "cleaned." A mandatory evacuation happened during our week. Although I had called Intracoastal 2 days before the evacuation to make sure they had our local number, Intracoastal never contacted us on the local number. Instead we found messages on our home phone after we got back. Pretty incompetent.

This house was everything we hoped/expected! Memorable vacation!

Plenty of space, comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen, fabulous views (felt like we had the beach to ourselves), and walking distance to the tiki bar. Great trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time! We love this and the other Wrightsville beaches, clean, uncrowded, etc. This particular home for me was nice but a few things were not up to expectations. The cleaning crew did a poor job. All of the excess bedding was thrown on the floor in at least 3 of the closets which says my bed stuff was probably dragged on the floor as well. The oven grill was greasy and had to be cleaned. The two best TVs were poorly placed and hard to see. The TV in the kids room looked to be 100 years old. The outdoor shower is a spigot on the side of the house no bench. one of the beds advertised as queen is actually a double bed. We hope you will address the aforementioned issues as it will make any guest happier in the future. Overall it's a nice house. Maintence was very responsive and addressed other issues quickly. Thank you for having us and giving an ear to our concerns!

Needs TLC and updating pictures

We enjoyed being with family at this location but I have to say the pictures online need to be updated. We arrived and I have to say it was not very clean. Food/ beer left in fridge upstairs, The sink faucet has mold all around it, blood stains on comforter downstairs. Blankets/ extra pillows just thrown in every closet and not put in the correct bag. Ice machine does not work. Cups and garbage left under beds. The twin bedroom is like a dungeon and pictures should be updated. Decorations on the wall are not straight, hanging on by a thread. Couches are about 30 years old with tears and stains. Our air conditioning on main level went out Tuesday called manager Wednesday and it was fixed Friday as we were leaving. The shower in downstairs bathroom barely worked so they came and fixed that. The outside shower head barely works as well and they need to go to Lowe’s and buy one for $10. Property manager was very helpful when we reached out but who wants to be contacting them all week and having ppl ring door bell to fix all this stuff? Not me. Dirty foot and hand prints on walls. Broken chairs on patio outside. It was great being right on the beach but this property needs a lot of TLC. Again the property manager was helpful and tried fixing things when I would reach out to her. Hopefully they can get some of this stuff fixed for others so they can have a better experience. Overall it has good space and beautiful views.

Could be better

The place was nice.. but it was poorly decorated!! Needed better utensils and better beach supplies..needed to be more comfortable! Not as clean as it should have been! But, overall it was good!
