Haut de gamme duplex en bord de mer à proximité de l'aquarium et de la jetée

Appréciez le luxe de ce duplex en bord de mer à Kure Beach. Chaque côté a quatre chambres, trois salles de bains et une salle d'eau. Ceci est parfait pour une famille de huit. Avec environ 2100 pieds carrés d'espace, votre famille aura beaucoup de place pour s'étendre et se détendre. Si ce côté n'est pas disponible, l'autre côté est presque identique. Besoin de plus d'espace? Louez le Burpeau Unit A, unité K023, pour des groupes plus importants!

Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez deux chambres, une salle de bain complète et la buanderie. Le premier étage est le foyer de la salle de séjour, belle cuisine équipée avec appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit, et une demi salle de bains. Au deuxième étage se trouvent deux chambres supplémentaires, chacune avec leur propre salle de bain complète.

En plus de sa proximité de l'océan, cette maison est à quelques pas de la jetée de pêche Kure Beach et à quelques minutes à la Ft. Musée historique Fisher, le champ de bataille de guerre civile et de l'Aquarium de NC.

Aussi tandis que dans la région, nous vous invitons à consulter la Carolina Beach Boardwalk, où vous trouverez des boutiques, des restaurants et les activités estivales telles que feux d'artifice, manèges et musique live. Suivre les pêcheurs viennent avec la prise de la journée à la marina ou dîner avec la famille. Faire des plans aujourd'hui pour rester dans la belle Côte de Caroline!

Family vacation at Kure

The house is spacious and beautiful, however there were two issues during our stay. The internet went out, due by coroded wires, and the AC stopped working, due to a clogged drain line. Both issues were caused by lack of upkeep and required us to pause our vacation to place work orders and assist technicians. Other than those issues, we really enjoyed our time at such a conveniently located home.

Kure Beach Rental

The owners have thought of absolutely everything anyone can need for a stay at the house. Such a well equipped kitchen; comfy beds and an amazing view. Just steps from the boardwalk and ocean. We loved it and will come back!

Best place we have stayed yet!

Location was PERFECT! We walked everywhere....the beach, the pier, breakfast, coffee, dinner, the arcade. The porches have great ocean views. The house was great and had plenty of room. Great size kitchen, even though I didn't do any cooking on this trip. It was great to have 2 full sized couches for all of us to be able to sit. We will be staying here again!

Great Beach House at Kure Beach

Very clean and perfect location to Kure Beach Pier and restaurants. Kitchen appliances were adequate but if baking is on the menu, you might want to bring your own bakeware and hot pads (No pyrex or any casserole dishes to be found). All in all, very nice and would recommend.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

Three generations (and pups) spent Thanksgiving all in on place. The property manager was nothing but thorough and polite, made things so easy (and left us a special pan for the Turkey). It’s the little things. The spot was perfect. Great views. Great location. A PERFECT trip.

Cool Presidents Day Weekend Retreat

Great location - 1 block over from downtown restaurants and a bar. Nice walking area around the pier. Plenty of room for 8-9 folks. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Very clean. Well stocked with utensils and cookware. Could use more seating areas in the large living room. Worked well for our family!

209 Atlantic Ave. Unit B Kure Beach

Location can’t be beat. Views from balconies are stunning, but little privacy because it’s a duplex & very close to next-door condo unit (windows). Rocking chairs on both levels were a plus. Within easy walking distance to good food, pier & beach. Beach acces is excellent. Inside of unit was clean & spacious.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the perfect house, in the perfect location. Two maintenance issues were dealt with immediately. Everyone that I spoke to from Braynt Real Estate were super friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to have some plastic drinking cups. I held my breath every time my three year old grandson drank from a glass cup! I can't wait to come back!

The only issue is this home is not handicap accessible. There are stairs to get into the home. The master bedrooms are a full flight of stairs up. The Laundry room is a full flight of stairs down. If you don't mind stairs, I highly recommend this home.

Kure Pier, Our Family's Favorite

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this duplex that was 2 blocks from Kure Pier. We love the time that we spend on Kure Beach every summer and being within walking distance of the pier was an added bonus. Our condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. It was nice to have two sofas in the living room too. Being pet friendly was a plus too. And the two mile walk down to Fort Fisher was manageable. Of course, you can always go by car. It's my favorite place when I am not at the beach. Don't forget a visit to the aquarium. It is reasonably priced. My family asked if they could stay at the same place next year.

Great View, Great Location

Reviewer Comments: Overall Visit was OK as we had originally planned on vacationing in Carolina Beach, Was Disappointed that Kure Beach did not allow dogs on the beach AT ALL from July - Sept. Beds were uncomfortable and squeaky but kitchen was well equipped minus a can opener. Landscape needed some attention, very weedy and terrible choice of plants (Agave) along driveway and side of house. This made for a non-pet friendly landscape when trying to take your pet out as well as trying to get into your vehicle if parked along the one side. Besides all the above the view and location was Great!!!

Beautiful View and Great Location

Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect location to the beach (access down 2 houses each way, one with a ramp) and right at Kure pier and all the restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked. The wifi didn’t reach the downstairs tv and when we callled they responded very quickly but were unable to fix it. The place could use a good deep cleaning but overall was ok (we did not call to complain, just wore shoes around the house bc of the sandy floors). We loved being able to bring our dogs, however the grass area next to the house was overgrown and not maintained to be able to walk dogs there and Kure beach does not allow dogs on the beach during the summer which was a bummer. Overall the place was a hit, the company was responsive to our needs and the location can’t be beat!

Not satisfied, do not recommend

The location was the only great thing about this stay. The biggest problem was roaches. An absolute dealbreaker in my book. I’m from the south, and I don’t need people to tell me that a water bug or a palmetto bug is not a roach. It is. It’s the largest American cockroach that exists. I could not enjoy the outside patios because of the roaches. I contacted the real estate company and requested that they treat the property. My daughter and her fiancé had a cockroach crawl across them in the middle of the night while sleeping even in the upstairs bedroom. I believe that all of the junk stashed where the hot water heater is downstairs as part of the problem. There’s also random photos, outdoor pillows, and a few old stained quilts in closets. The other issue I have is that there are not any extra pillows for sleeping. Not everyone sleeps with one pillow so having extra pillows would’ve been certainly nice. Furthermore, they were no blankets. Most places have extra blankets for sitting on the counter sitting outside on the porch. None of that was there. If it were my property, I would update the artwork, because there’s no style, and most of it looks like it came from a goodwill, and I would update the furniture. The queen beds are old and they’re not comfortable. Nice visit, but these things disturb me. overall disappointed, not impressed, considering what I paid to stay here. Other places, offer, beach towels, beach, chairs, a cooler, boogie boards comfy beds.

Reviewer Comments: Of course, we all had a great stay and enjoyed the time away from the real world and the weather could not have been better for a fall weekend. We've stayed at this unit a couple of times over the past few years and it seems it is time for some general maintenance. Upon arrival, our check in was delayed due to a new dryer being installed in the adjacent unit A, and the contractor was using our parking spaces for our unit (B). Parking also might want to be clarified somehow. I don't know how it is marketed, but Unit A had 5 vehicles parked while our unit (B) only supported 3 and one of our party had to find parking elsewhere. Some bath faucets/fixtures and paper/towel holders were loose . Bathtubs and toilets need a good scrub or just replacement due to staining. Kitchen faucet sprayed erratically and noticed ants on countertops. Interior paint and ceilings could use a fresh coat. Screen door doesn't latch and opens freely (good for checkin/out carrying luggage, bad for young children). Internet was slow and tv did not work well (terrible picture/buffering frequently) and one downstairs bedroom did not have a tv. I'm sure maintaining rental properties is a constant challenge but seems like this unit is ready for a refresh. Management would not allow a 1-day shift in stay (Thur-Mon to Fri-Tue) when, according to the property calendar, it was available for a few days after...would only allow to add a day. We were expecting a little higher quality based on previous stays, but all-in-all, we made the most of the stay and tried not to let the minor/temporary issues take away from the getaway.
