Excellent location - great for small families

Brilliant stay, excellent location 7 minutes to strip close to all restaurants, and easy to catch a bolt to the beach if needed, We did walk a few times but it was roasting during our stay so easier to jump in taxi. Excellent communication with hosts throughout, I highly recommend staying.

A bit of a disaster

Nice apartment, with good ammenities and lovely swimming pool. But the holiday did not start well. I was told that the apartment was on the 2nd floor and that there was a lift, I wasn't told that in order to get into the condo, you had to walk down a long ramp and down two flights of stairs. You can imagine, travelling with elderly parents, and me being the only one carrying the luggage how I felt when I finally found the lift. Second problem, was the air conditioning. The first night the air con wasn't working in the bedrooms and with an air temp outside of 38c! It was unbearable. Luckily, Isabel and Carlos who manage the rental, quickly replaced the air con the next day, but I wasted a whole afternoon because I had to stay in the apartment in order for the men to replace the units. Third problem, water leakage from the two toilets, so water on the floor every where. Fourth problem when I tried to use the toaster, it would interfer with the fuse box and the electricity would go out, so that had to be replaced. And finally, to top it all, when my daughters arrived, two days later, we tried to open the sofa bed. Guess what? It was completely broken, and I had to sleep on another sofa. I contacted the rental agency and they immediately upgraded us to a villa! So all that I can say is: Thank you Isabel and Carlos for helping us so quickly, BUT you must make sure that apartments are up to scratch for people to move in. One more thing, the mattreses were really hard!

Excellent stay in a well managed property

We stayed here in August 2022. Very happy with the property, the friendly people that dealt with us. This apartment has everything you need. Very nice pool also.

Férias tranquilas

Apartamento muito bom. Com boas áreas, bem equipado e ideal para ter umas férias tranquilas. Varanda virada para a piscina e com parque infantil para os miúdos. Just returned

The services provided by VIP properties were excellent. We lost our wifi connection and when you have kids, life becomes unbearable. Isabel could not do enough to assist us, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Such a lovely person and nothing was a problem. Only 1 issue was the comfort of the beds, I don't expect them to be like home but they were extremely uncomfortable. Having said that, I would definitely considering going back again down to the excellent service provided by Isabel and her team. I would also recommend using her for booking transfers as well. It always helps when the driver knows where he is going and Manuel was a complete gentleman to go along with that. We have experiences of drivers being unable to locate our accommodate on previous trips which was a mare. Not really one for providing feedback but I feel that the service provided deserves recognition. Thanks again.
