Very well situated (border of the cliffs) so, amazing views ! Very nice place, very calm and very clean, perfect for 2 adultes and 1 teenager. Very well decorated, a real charming appt. No real table to eat, only a coffee table. The owners live on the ground floor, they are very discreet and friendly, always ready to help if needed. The South Coast Path is just in front of the house and can bring you towards the seven sisters or Rottingdean and Brighton. Sainsbury's Local @ 10mn by foot. The car can be parked at 30 m from the house. Bus stop 100m, 25 mn from Brighton. 3 days was too short, we hope we'll come back one day for longer ! Thank you for everything Carol !!!

We have had a good time in Brighton, We come with our car, and park easy near the flat, thanks to the voucher of Julie; and we take easily the bus to go in the center of Brighton. We have gone to London from Preston station near the flat very easily. The flat is very well aquipped and the beds are good, very confortable. Thanks for all Julie !

The appartment is perfectly situated near the beach with no roads to cross. Our children were able to play in the garden also which was an added bonus. The walk along the beach is very nice as well as the local FishΧps. The appartment is newly renovated, very clean, very well decorated, and fully equipped with anything we needed. We really appreciated the large living spaces, the appartment receives lots of light and there are the views from the living spaces. The area is really quiet and peaceful. We liked the welcoming pack as well which is a lovely touch and very useful. From Matt we received extensive information about where to eat, what to do, and Matt answered our queries readily. We highly recommend and woud be happy to go back ourselves, especially as a family with young children.

Nous avons été très charmé par ce très bel appartement proche de la gare de Brighton et du centre ville.En plus d'être joliment décoré, l'appartement est très bien équipé.La literie est aussi de grande qualité.le petit patio est aussi agréable pour prendre un petit déjeuner par beau temps.C'est un très bon rapport qualité prix.Les propriétaires ont aussi été très disponibles pour répondre à nos questions avant notre arrivée.Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

Nous avons adoré cet appartement avec une vue panoramique exceptionnelle sur la mer! Nous avons vraiment apprécié son emplacement, son espace chaleureux et surtout la gentillesse de James! Nous avons hâte de revenir!!
