The Perfect Place !

Very well situated (border of the cliffs) so, amazing views ! Very nice place, very calm and very clean, perfect for 2 adultes and 1 teenager. Very well decorated, a real charming appt. No real table to eat, only a coffee table. The owners live on the ground floor, they are very discreet and friendly, always ready to help if needed. The South Coast Path is just in front of the house and can bring you towards the seven sisters or Rottingdean and Brighton. Sainsbury's Local @ 10mn by foot. The car can be parked at 30 m from the house. Bus stop 100m, 25 mn from Brighton. 3 days was too short, we hope we'll come back one day for longer ! Thank you for everything Carol !!!

Carol was very welcoming and the apartment was perfect, with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, she even left a little basket in the bathroom with toiletries that we may have forgotten.The bed was very comfortable, the views were outstanding and the apartment is located in a fantastic location, easily accessible to shops, takeaways, bars, restaurants and the bus stop is a few minutes walk away, which run very frequently, taking you into Brighton

We were very happy to stay. The beach house was very clean, close to many amenities, grocery shops, restaurants and the bus stop into Brighton was convenient! The special touch of milk for our coffee in the fridge and hot chocolate for the kids, made us feel very welcome. The host was helpful and so kind and thoughtful through our stay.

We had a lovely few days in the Beach House. It is comfortable, clean and well equipped with many thoughtful touches. Made us feel immediately at home. A great location and fabulous sea views. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Easy to find from the directions provided. Perfect location. More spacious than the photos. Even when the sofa bed is pulled out there is still space to move around. Wifi great. Easy to park. Very good shower. Impeccably clean. Kind and helpful hosts.

Incredible!

Working in Brighton and I'm so pleased we dropped on this gem! The hosts are so welcoming and easy to talk to you. We had a lot of stress whilst working in the area, but this was the perfect place to wind down after a busy day. Beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed. Information sent prior to arrival was to clear to understand so we didn't have any stresses over how to open the window or sofa bed. This will be our first choice for when we are back in Brighton, I just think ill need to book as far in advance as possible as I can see this place getting booked up really quickly once more people visit!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great — peaceful, yet close to everything (busstop 2 minutes away). What made our stay even better was the owner: incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help if we had any questions. You can really tell they care about their guests. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!There is a balcony which you can see at the photos. At the photos you can also see a terrace with green chairs but this was not part of the apartment. This is downstairs.

Wonderful place to stay with stunning views

The most important thing about this property is its location right on the seafront with amazing views out to sea. Carol and her husband were excellent hosts and very welcoming and helpful. The property is beautifully furnished and v attractive. We arrived just as the heatwave started so it was a bit too hot in the flat but I think anywhere else would have been equally hot last weekend. We would certainly stay there again next time we come to Brighton.

Our family of 4 stayed one night at the Beach House and it was one of the highlights of our England trip. The host was extremely warm and welcoming and the apartment is thoroughly modern and well appointed. The shorefront location is very relaxing after a long day of exploring the area.

14 years ago, I relocated with the NHS to work in Brighton. I absolutely love the sea and cold water swimming. I trained as a paddle board instructor (BSUPA) coaching students on control, ability and safety. I’m a first aider, ASA gold life saver and competed at swimming at county level until 18 years of age. I’m the proud owner of a 10’6 inflatable board and happy to show you the basics on paddle boarding during your stay.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

For the past year we have dedicated our time to transforming The Beach house into a much more desirable place to spend time in and relax. Its great when people walk past and remark how good the place is looking. I believe this is such a special place to holiday and I hope you will enjoy its amazing location, especially those who like me have a passion for being close to the sea.

Amazing views. Excellent public transport along coast and paths for walking/cycling. You need not move the car all week.
