Outside there is a louvre covered outdoor seating area for enjoying the garden all year round. The louvre shade feature LED lighting creating a nice place to retreat to at night. There is also an outdoor dining table that looks out over the large decking area and fully fenced garden.



Northcote point is located on the North Shore in close proximity to the Harbour bridge allowing easy connections to the CDB by car, bus or ferry from Northcote Point Wharf. The suburb is full of heritage architecture, local cafes, shops, Bridgeway boutique cinema, Stafford Road Wine Bar & the Northcote Tavern. If you`d like to be close to beautiful beaches and parks, but want to stay close to the city, Northcote Point is the perfect spot.



There is one off-street car park, and plenty of free on street parking.

Pets MUST be declared before arrival to avoid a PET VIOLATION fee of $500.

$20 per night per pet (negotiable for longer terms stays or multiple pets)

$500 Bond per pet which is refundable following inspection after check out.

$100 cleaning fee per pet

Poo to be picked up and bagged up before going into the rubbish bin

Pets not allowed on furniture

Pets to be kept under control and not disturb Neighbours

Pets not to be left alone at home for extended periods (more than 3hrs)



Guests are liable for all damages by the pet including but not limited to not scratching the doors/walls, urinating of pooing inside, staining carpets or rugs or furniture, leaving a doggy smell in the house, chewing furniture, digging holes in the garden or other things that dogs can do to damage property.
