We are delighted to welcome you to our spacious and well-appointed 2-bedroom home unit, located in the serene and desirable Albany/Rosedale area of Auckland's vibrant North Shore. Ideal for families, business travelers, or those looking to explore the local attractions, our home offers a private and comfortable retreat with all the modern amenities needed for a relaxing stay. This fully equipped unit can accommodate up to 5 guests, providing a welcoming environment for both short and extended stays.

As part of a property with multiple self-contained units, you’ll enjoy complete privacy with your own private entrance and no shared living spaces. The unit is designed for comfort and functionality, featuring two cozy bedrooms, each with electric heaters and fans for year-round comfort. For added convenience, the home is equipped with a HRV ventilation system to ensure a pleasant environment throughout your stay.

The fully stocked kitchenette makes it easy to prepare meals, with a stove, mini oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, rice steamer, and a range of cooking utensils. You'll find an assortment of spices to add flavor to your dishes, as well as a toaster to help you start the day. Fresh linens, towels, and essential bathroom supplies are provided, and upon your arrival, you’ll be greeted with complimentary milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, and bottled water to help you settle in. The private bathroom includes a shower, and a washing machine is available for your convenience.

For your entertainment, high-speed wireless internet is provided, along with a Smart QLED TV featuring Netflix for unlimited access to a vast library of movies, TV shows, and kids' programs. One of the bedrooms is equipped with its own TV, allowing you to stream Netflix and other streaming services. Additionally, a dedicated workstation with an iMac computer is available in the second bedroom for those who need to work or browse the web. Families with young children can request the baby high chair for added flexibility.

Guests also enjoy access to a shared backyard and a large deck, providing a peaceful outdoor space to relax and unwind. For your peace of mind, the unit is equipped with smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and other safety features.

A shared dryer is available for all guests and is located in the front yard under the covered sunshade area. If you wish to use the dryer, please bring your washed items to the front yard. As this is a shared facility, we kindly ask that you be considerate of other guests and collect your laundry promptly once the cycle has finished so others may use it. For everyone’s comfort, the dryer may only be used between 7:00am and 9:00pm.

On-site parking is available with two designated spaces inside the property for guests. If both spaces are occupied, additional parking is available on the street directly outside. The property is located on a quiet, dead-end residential street with plenty of parking spaces available during the day.

We now have a baby cot (95cm length) and a child’s desk with chair available upon request. Perfect for families traveling with young children — the baby cot provides a cozy sleeping space, and the desk set is great for reading, drawing, or study time. High Chair also available on request.

Guests can enjoy nearby premium spa, sauna, and pool facilities conveniently located just across the road on Rosedale Road. Tucked behind the nearby restaurants, entry is at the under-covered carpark. this wellness centre offers a perfect way to unwind during your stay. Entry is approximately $20 per visit — a great value for a relaxing experience right at your doorstep.

Our home is located just a short walk from a variety of local restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and parks. Massey University, major shopping centers, and supermarkets are only a few minutes' drive away, and there are also plenty of Asian restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Public transportation is easily accessible, with a bus stop conveniently located right outside the property. The National Hockey Stadium is just a 2-minute drive away, making it an ideal base for those attending events or tournaments.

As our guest, you’ll enjoy complete privacy within the self-contained suite. Please note that while the unit is independent, there may be occasional noise from neighboring units, as the property includes multiple guest suites. To ensure a relaxing and quiet atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that you respect our quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:30 am and refrain from hosting parties or events. We also request that you help us maintain the space by cleaning dishes, tidying up, and disposing of rubbish before checkout.
