On December 15th, 2025 the hot tub will be removed and be replaced by any outdoor setting.

Getting Around:
Find your perfect sanctuary in the heart of Christchurch's Central City. This beautifully appointed home boasts a luxurious hot tub, and is conveniently located near stunning parks, the iconic cathedral, and the adorable tram system.

There is free parking on the road, and two paid parking locations just metres away. Very cheap for the whole day.

While the displayed check-out time is 9:00 AM, you are welcome to check out at 9:30 AM. Unfortunately, due to Airbnb limitations, we are unable to set 9:30 AM as the official check-out time.

Please note: Stadium construction is ongoing across the road, and noise may occur during both daytime and nighttime hours. We recommend bringing earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones if you're a light sleeper. Thank you for your understanding as the city continues to grow.
