Your CBD adventure begins here with full kitchen facilities enjoy meals at home with your champions or enjoy a short stroll to eateries.

On the ground floor, you'll find an inviting open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area that effortlessly connects to a snug, sun-soaked private courtyard, thanks to its north-facing orientation, ensuring all-day sunshine. Upstairs on the first floor, one generously sized bedroom awaits, adorned with luxurious Queen Bed. Completing the picture, you'll discover a x1 chic full bathroom featuring an exquisite tiled shower, bidet toilet with heated seat, and an elegant vanity.
On the 3rd floor you will find the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom with Spacious Queen bed and hotel quality linen.

This beautiful 3-storey townhouse features an open plan Kitchen which features an Oven, Microwave, Fridge/freezer, Hob and dishwasher. Enjoy meals together at the Dining table. If you would prefer to enjoy the cuisines of Christchurch you are only a short stroll to a number of options.

The property comes with a Washing Machine and Dryer combination machine for use during your stay - Washing powder is provided to use

You will have complete access to this entire property during your stay.

City Noise- Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, vehicular traffic, and sporadic sirens. The property is much quieter with the windows closed.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.

Free Street parking is located right outside the complex. Very short walk to the CBD, Margaret Mahy Playground. Bus stops within a short walking distance. Plenty of Uber and Taxi facilities also.
If you are wanting to use the public bus system while travelling Christchurch we recommend downloading the Moovit app.

Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

This property does not come with a designated parking space, please use Colombo Street, Salisbury Street and other surrounding streets to park your vehicle.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

Excellent Wi-Fi

Excellent Wi-Fi (314/114 Mbps) is just one of the good things about this property. Location is great and the Cathedral Tram Station is three blocks away. Spotlessly clean. Calm locality. Host communications are excellent.

The accommodation was clean and presentable, and well situated however we had to pay for a full day's parking on one occasion as no on street parking was available close to the unit. We also had issues with the internet not being available therefore, this was a provider issue, however not only could we not use our devices without paying for our own home country roaming package, we could also not watch the tv. We contacted the rental management company and although their responses were prompt, it was not consistently from the same person, and seemed v AI generic. We also did not have an outside rubbish bin for the property. On one day we stayed home as they said someone would come round to check on both internet and the bin situation but no one actually turned up. No compensation was offered in response to these complaints.
