Cape Coral Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Check in process was easy and the house was super clean. It accommodated our laege family well. Would definitely stay again.

For the price there were surprisingly few amenities. The manager was good about supplying these but I would expect they would be there. I suggested they add a Kerig coffee maker, there is no full length mirror. Little in the way of spices, a grill but nothing to clean it. No aluminum foil. The fireplace was broken. No wash cloths in the master. No toiletries which I know are optional but for the price we expected them. The lanai was damaged when we arrived but it was repaired on Tuesday it also needs a good cleaning there are cobwebs all Oct the ceiling. The pool and hot tube were Great!

There was construction directly behind the property. It was early am through the day constant noise. At the pool, hot tub, and grilling, sitting outside was to the sound of construction. If we knew we would have gone elsewhere. The hot tub wasn’t on and after having to contact the hotub still was staying warm. Which is disappointing since it felt misleading to have to pay for it to be heated when it epwas disclosed as a part of the property. The front door to the entrance way was and we had broken and we had solicitors come to the door when it was dark. Felt unsafe. The trash wasn’t picked up and the trash was over full when we left. The garage door to the side of house was unlocked to enter the house when we got there, and. Set of box springs were leaning on the side of the house? Not what you expect to see or want.

Great Vacation House in Quiet Neighborhood

We had a great time and really enjoyed the property. It’s was spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were used daily and we loved being able to watch the canal and some of the wild life. The neighborhood is wonderful and everyone was super friendly. We knew we wanted to stay in a more residential area and this place didn’t disappoint and gave us a lot of options for relaxing at home or going out. We did have to buy some batteries for the remotes that control a lot of the stuff in the house but we were going to the store anyways so that wasn’t a big deal. My only wish would have been that they would have had a kayak to use on-site to explore the canal. But we knew they didn’t going into it as it wasn’t listed - just a wish list item that would have made it even more fun. Special shoutout to our guest contact Amy. She was incredibly helpful and quick to respond when we had questions about the pool heating. We would certainly book again!

Very relaxing!

This was a great place for our short spring break trip! The property is very clean and modern and perfect for families, friends, entertaining! Everything is set up for relaxation - from the pool area, to the multiple tvs (we loved the one outside for music!), to the huge master en-suite. Floats, beach towels, and other amenities provided everything we needed (but bring your own books/puzzles/games if desired). There are 3 doors that lead directly to the pool area (living room, master, and one other room), which we loved, but something to note for those with young kids who aren't strong swimmers. The location was wonderful for us as it was a very quiet neighborhood - currently vacant lots to the south and across the canal to the west. It's far to the beaches (30 mins depending where you go) but we knew that in advance. The only minor hiccup was that the pool system had somehow been switched off so the hot tub wasn't warm for the first few days of our stay until that got figured out. But, the manager, Amy, was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this family retreat!
