Every bedroom has its own bath, high ceilings, sliders open to large lanai from LR and master BR. 4 season lanai with slider windows. Tiled throughout, granite counters, soaker tub in master with separate shower. Lots of comfortable seating for conversation, TV watching, dining. One king sized bed, two queen sized beds. pool screened area with travertine pavers. Nice plantings. Dock with 2 lounge chairs, 2 regular chairs; two fishing poles. You're ready for the beach with 4 beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler bag on wheels, sunscreen, frisbee, two boogie boards, and plastic sand castle pail available for use.

Hosts were very accommodating, very responsive! Place was immaculate! We really enjoyed the spa, very relaxing! I also love the selection of pillows that the had! People are so different (and very picky, like myself) about their pillow to sleep on! She had every pillow imaginable. Would highly recommend!

Tammy, the host, was very attentive before, during, and after our stay. It is a beautiful home that is furnished with everything you could need. The pool and hot tub are amazing and we spent much of our time in them, as well as soaking up the sun on the dock by the canal.The home is convenently located close to a wide variety of restaurants and stores.

We had a true 5-star stay and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the house felt warm, welcoming, and exceptionally well cared for. Every space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to settle in and relax right away. We especially loved all the amenities, which made our stay feel both convenient and a little luxurious. It was clear that a lot of attention went into creating a home that guests can really enjoy.A special thank you for the coffee cake, it was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch, and it made us feel genuinely welcomed. Small gestures like that really set this property apart. Overall, a wonderful house. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed vacation rental with great hospitality.

Best stat ever!

Not only are Tammy & Greg the best hosts ever, but the property is fantastic too! The beds were very comfortable, the lanai was huge and amazing, the pool area was beautiful & the hot tub was easy to use. Hosts were so responsive & helpful. Perfect location, close to excellent restaurants. This place was my favorite stay

The house is roomy and gorgeous. Heated pool and hot tub were a huge plus on chilly evenings. We had everything we needed--all you need is groceries and your clothing. The hosts/owners are lovely. We have stayed at numerous vrbo properties, this one is top tier!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

The pictures don't do this home justice. It's beautiful, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable memory foam beds. The pool is good sized and the hot tub is warm. Everything worked great in the house and had everything we needed. The homeowners communicated very well and let us check out two hours later due to our late afternoon flight out. We would definitely stay here again.

Great House with Wonderful Owners

Our second winter at Pelican House. Seems like home.... Beautifully decorated home with comfortable beds and a well appointed kitchen. Quiet convenient neighborhood. LOVED our long days enjoying the lanai, pool and hot tub!

Wonderful home

Beautiful, well equipped home for you and your family. Inviting pool and warm attached hot tub! Well equipped kitchen for eating in and many nearby delicious restaurants. Beds are SO comfy! Best garden in all of Cape Coral! You will be happy here!

Beautiful house with great amenities

This house is beautiful with gorgeous landscaping and an amazing pool and hot tub. The bedrooms were spacious and the hosts were very kind and left several types of pillows for us to pick from. There are so many great things about this house - too many to list. We have stayed in several VRBO houses and have never had hosts so accommodating and helpful as Greg & Tammy. They are the best hosts. If you are looking for a great place to stay - look no further- this is the best house.

Great Chilling Vacation

We really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful property, this house has all the amenities you that you think of, very clean, well decorated, Very accommodating kitchen, we cooked dinner every night. The property is very close to grocery stores, beaches and shopping places. The owner were there for us any time we have a questions. I will recommend this property for any family that looks for a getaway relaxation. Definitely, we will go back.

Awesome Sibling Vacation

This house is beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice! Tammy and Greg are wonderful host! They left delicious Mangos for us to enjoy, and even brought us more later in the week! The house is furnished with everything you could possibly need! The pool was perfect! The beds are so comfortable! The entire house is comfortable! We can’t wait to come again!

Amazing house!

From the minute we walked in, we did not want to leave! The house was spotless, well decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood is very quiet. The pictures do not do this house justice. Tammy and Greg were only a text away if we needed anything and went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, wonderful stay

What a great property! Perfect floor plan for our multi generation family. We enjoyed every meal on the back porch/lanai. Well stocked kitchen and a perfect little office for me to work remote. Garage was stocked with bikes that we used almost daily and beach supplies for our 1 trip to the beach. Loved the location for access to golf (Hunter's Run), the Cape Coral Farmer's Market and restaurants. Hosts are very attentive and accomdating. The pool and spa aramazing. We will be back next year!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

What a great experience! From the moment we walked in, the house was better than the pictures. There was LOTS of room for the 6 of us to spread out. The house had literally everything we needed except our food. We spent a lot of time in the heated pool and hot tub, which were both fantastic. The homeowners were available every time we had a question and made great suggestions when we asked. There were also lots of options for grocery shopping or restaurants nearby. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful home and pool

This home is just as described. The furniture is comfortable and well decorated. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. We only went out to eat one time. The lanai and pool is wonderful. We especially enjoyed hearing the waterfall from the spa. Plenty of rafts and pool accessories. The owners were very easy to text and answered very quickly. The landscape around the home is very nice also. We will definitely rent again in the future. Thank you Greg and Tammy.

Spacious Beautiful Pool Hot Tub Relaxing Home

This was our second time renting this home. The layout of this home is great! Bedrooms on both sides of house meeting in the middle with kitchen and living room. Very open and spacious. Pool and hot tub are screened in. Hosts are Fabulous! They are friendly and helpful and are there when you need them. Checking in and out was so easy. We will definitely rent again!!! Highly recommended. Also there is an amazing italian deli just down the street called Amore. A MUST when visiting. Great food and desserts.

Incredible Property!

When I walked into this home - I was at a loss for words! It's beautiful, spacious, well appointed. It was as if a friend left town and you were just house-sitting. They have literally everything you need stocked. Appliances and furnishings all new and top quality, beds super comfortable with extra linens and pillows, so many towels. Incredible lanai, pool, and spa. Great canal side location, close to family and shopping. I wouldn't have left at all the entire week except we HAD to go see family. It was an amazing, incredible, Christmas holiday week. Would rent again without hesitation! I really can't think of anything further to say - it is even nicer than the photos. Highly recommend if you need a place for a family vacation in this area - you will not be disappointed!

We are Greg and Tammy Williams, and we live in Cape Coral ourselves and love it! We love the weather-even summer!- and palm trees and other tropical plants. We are hands on: we live close enough to take care of most any problem or questions about the place, and take care of the yard work and pool cleaning ourselves- usually that will occur on Mondays.

It is near where we live ourselves, every bedroom has its own bath, 3 car garage, high ceilings, large indoor/outdoor lanai leading to pool area, new pool and hot tub, quiet residential neighborhood.
