The villa has a perfect location in the southwest Pelican Area overlooking a wide canal with access to the gulf. From the pool area, the great location is emphasized by the spacious, heated saltwater pool with whirlpool.

If you don't feel like cooling off, you can enjoy the spacious pool area including Smart TV with family and friends. Either with a convivial barbecue evening at the outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue or with a relaxing sunbath on the numerous sun loungers.

Inside, too, the modern Seaside Villa Siesta Key leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with water and ice dispenser. For coffee lovers, there is a normal filter coffee machine and also a Keurig pad machine. Everything is available for cooking.

The open and modern living area is equipped with two dining areas, a comfortable leather suite and a 70" Smart TV. There is an office separate from the living area. WiFi is available throughout the house.
